Lovely hotel and staff

The staff was always very helpful. I had booked my hotel online and it said you had to be 18 to book the hotel so I didn't think I'd have a problem. When we arrived to the hotel they said I needed to be 21. I needed to call my father to check us into the hotel since I'm 18 and you have to be 21 and the staff heard me say that he was an hour away. Instead of turning us away out into the cold to wait in the car, the lady at the front desk told me to give her my father's information and she could go ahead and check my fiancé and I in. She told me to call my father back and tell him he didn't have to come out in the cold and snow. I was so thankful for this kind lady!

Cons: Carpet could have been a little cleaner. It felt grungy and I didn't want to walk on it barefooted.
Experience was ok. Didn't care for the breakfast items, however, but that is more my personal preference.

Pros: It was conveniently located and well-maintained.
Cons: Their mailing address (shown in the online listing) doesn't reflect where the hotel actually is. My GPS couldn't find it at the given address.
I was checked in by the hotel's general manager, who was very pleasant and helpful. He made me feel welcome and acquainted me with the amenities.

Wouldn't stay here again. Floor in front of door to room was wet, I assume from rain blowing in. Dirty socks found behind bathroom door. Pool was down due to "maintenance". Not at all happy with this facility. Breakfast room was size of a large closet w/no seating or room to move.

Convinient location and Okey hotel to stay

I stayed here for five days and find this hotel is very clean, staff was very friendly. The only problem is if you are staying the rooms in the front you will hear truck engine brakes and motor cycles and ambulances all night long. If you are staying inside rooms then it might be better, overall it was OK visit.

The hotel was not horrible, however the beds were a little stiff and springy. Other than that it wasn't a horrible experience. Friendly staff, clean rooms and not far from restaurants.

Upon leaving the Motel, I got a receipt. The receipt for our room (#228) for this date under my name (Leo McDonough) totaled$ 69.44 (including tax). . .. .Your bill, shown on my Master card bill reads $ 86.99 ! (Auth # 19610) Please advise why the difference in charges ? ($ 17.55). You give me a fax # and I'll send a copy of the receipt.......
