Ocean view on beach. good pool. close to everythin

Pros: Close to where I had to be.
Cons: Make sure the shower works, and television control batteries not dead.
I was not on vacation, but needed a clean place to stay close to what I was doing. Great there. Not for people with disabilities. Many stairs on front entrance.

Good location on the beach

Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Actually having multilingual staff and not having people hassle you to buy time shares
Location: Minute-Marts near by along with a supermarket/Walgreens type store. Restaurants are all of the place near by. Tony's, Locos Locos and Chile's Peppers.
The first thing that comes to mind is that the staff is not multilingual, or at least English is not the other language they speak. If you plan on staying here and aren't fluent in Spanish then good luck. We frequently had to get the bell boy to translate the few English words he knew to the other staff who didnt understand any English. I don't blame them for not knowing the language but if you advertise as if people will understand you then you should be able to back that claim. The rooms were nice and clean. Flat screen TVs in every room with many different HBO channels with some in English. Air conditioning was nice and we had a good view of the beach. The biggest downside about this hotel is that they have a "Vacation Club" that works there and they hassle you non-stop to buy what effectively amounts to a time share by inviting you to a "free" breakfast. I didnt mind when it happened the first time, or the second time, maybe the third time as well. but 6-7 times is very annoying when you've said no already. Other than this it has a great location with many restaurants nearby.

Great stay

The people were extremely nice and friendly. The room was clean had a beautiful sight to the beach. The pool was clean and my son had so much fun. Everything was nearby. I would definitely stay there again.

Business trip

Flew on a business trip, and decides to stay at the Mision as I've stayed in their Mexico City hotel before. Hotel staff was great, however my room stank. It smelled in the room as well as in the toilet. I think I will not stay I this hotel again, as I think the smell came from the old sewage system.

Acros the road from Fat Fish

We found our room noisy. We were on the first floor and not in the tower and just above Senior Froggy's, they had loud music playing all day long and late into the evening, not comfortable sitting on our patio or having the doors open. We paid extra for a king size bed, but my husbands feet were off the end and we found the bed very hard and the pillows not very good. The staff were excellent, check in was very good.
