HOTEL TODO INCLUIDO JUNTO AL MAR

Posted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: EL AREA DE ALBERCAS
Cons: LA ATENCION Y LOS HORARIOS DE COMIDAS
Location: MUY BUEN PROGRAMA DE ACTIVIDADES EN LA ALBERCA PRINCIPAL, EL AREA DE PLAYA NO ES BUENO PARA QUIEN PIENSE EN PASAR SU DIA EN ELLA.
VERDADERAMENTE LAMENTABLE QUE PRACTICAMENTE TE OBLIGUEN A ACEPTAR UN DESAYUNO "GRATUITO" PARA MOSTRARTE EL AREA QUE OFRECEN EN VENTA, DESPUES DE ESO EL HOTEL MUY AGRADABLE CON MUCHA VEGETACION Y MUY BUENAS ALBERCAS, LOS ALIMENTOS CON BUEN SABOR PERO HORARIOS DIFICILES.

Bonitas instalaciones, debe mejorar servicio

Posted Jul 15, 2015

Big, big, big...nice overall.

At check-inn we didn't get offered water or any beverage, and it was really hot...the service at Bistro was always super slow, one time I even got up and muy family left and then we got the check, but food was very good. Service at the buffet was way better. Didn't like people smoking at the kids pool with lifegard at hand who said nothing. Is hard to get drinking water at times which is weird but they insist the tap water at room is purified. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. Beach is rocky and not really swimable but sunsets are unbeatable.

We spend 7 days and love it! Also the food was really good. All inclusive is the way to go. I have 3 daughters they didn't want to leave.

Didn't expect much - PBEB exceeded our expectation

Posted Jul 5, 2015
Pros: Even though it was sold out - great job about spreading out the crowd. Both main restaurants handled capacity crowd quite nicely.
Cons: Perhaps some creative wave-breaking project. This would clear up the water and have people swim around the rocks. Few more beach loungers.
Location: Not much to do nearby. Occasional kayaking, riding banana boat or parasailing.
Enjoyed our six days all-inclusive mini vacation there. Spacious rooms (we had a master suite). Friendly staff. Never seen our maid - but beds were made up every day on time. Get used to signing every bill - but I tell you the service is worth the tips, don't be too stingy: it's a vacation and you want to remember the very best of it. Take along a lot of sunscreen - it's hot in there. Water is very warm in both ocean and pools. Watch out for underwater rocks - not sharp but still very present. Once you swim over the row of rocks there is a quite pleasant stripe of ocean. Food is great despite the seemingly low variety. Make reservation for theme nights. Mexican fiesta sells out quick. Went to sister property - waste of time on hot day - you won't find a spot in shade and towels are actually serialized by number - WOW!

Pros: Beautiful beach, nice hotel, good service, beautiful views.
Cons: The drinks could be improved, the liquors quality were almost bad
Location: Mazatlán is a nice town with a lot of different and beautiful beaches and delicious seafood and fruit.
You have to go to the downtown and walk on the waterfront "malecón"

Great Resort in Mexico

Posted Jul 1, 2015
Pros: Almost everything
Cons: The Tex Mex nite buffet was lame. Also, they need more umbrellas in the lounge areas. I did not feel well after eating in the Bistro restaurant twice.
Location: In the immediate area there is only the resort & beach. The town is pretty gritty actually. Just hang at the resort & let them wait on ya.
The Emerald Bay Pueblo Bonito was very nice; staff was friendly & attentive; food was good; grounds were very clean & good landscaping. The main pool area has a great restaurant & bar but is noisy; good for families with kids. The beach is private & nice but water is pretty rough although comfortably warm. Cannot snorkel there. A little windy too. Kelly's bar, the resort watering hole was nice but full of dead animals stuffed & mounted on the walls...weird vibe.
