Bar/kitchen manager was very introvert and misunderstanding when we tried to order breakfast. The charging “system” in place is odd as you pay for different items in breakfast. Why not just include breakfast per person in lodging fee and call it “free breakfast”? Don’t over complicate the process.

I would like the bathtub to have an exit handle in all bathrooms. This should be a hotel regulations in the country. It’s difficult after the 50th or the 60th years of age, been out of the tub without slippery. Thank you.

Was a great stay, but the hotel needs to be updated. Love being on the top floor, for less noise, but some people like to have there kids screaming and yelling in the hallways.

Jesse, the front desk clerk, was the ultimate professional. He made us feel extremely welcome and was very personable and pleasant. He is a phenomenal representative. On the negative side, there was a lot of noisy, rude people being very loud in the early hours of the morning snd we did not get a good night's sleep. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

I felt very safe. But my room had lots of mold on the window. Light in the restroom was not working and my breakfast experience was horrible. I was treated like if i was stealing food. There was no plates or bowls available to serve my self. I asked a man there foe plantesand none were given. I had to eat my breakfast on a napkin. I had to give my room number to eat there, i had never had experienced this in any of my Hiltons stay.

I like the Hilton for its comfortable beds and pillows but these had to be the worse showers I’ve ever experienced. Those shower heads were clogged and the water pressure was terrible. Also warm water from the sink had a nasty smell that forced me to only use cold water.

The staff was very nice and answered any questions we had but there was a stain on one of the pillow cases and I didn't see the pool be cleaned the 2 nights I stayed.

Staff was super friendly & knowledgeable of the area. Although the property was located next to the Airport & the Expressway, It was surprisingly super quite & comfortable. Plenty of extra coffee & sugar! Will definitely stay here again on my next trip.
