Location: nice place near shops
the hotel is very nice, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff was very helpful, i would recommend it

Nice stay but unprofessional staff

Gave us a hard time, made reservation thru Expedia for my boy friend and when he got there to check in he was asked for an extra 20dlls deposit for any kind of vandalism for the room ...my cc was on file, there was no need for THAT... I was nice enough to let it slide but front desk was making it seem we were some kind of thieves with no proof of course. Horrible experience!

Pros: Price, Fridge/Microwave, complimentary (yet simple) breakfast.
Cons: The room... some of the cosmetics wouldn't cost much to upgrade.
Location: There are better locations around the region. You need to drive a to get to restaurants. Right by the highway for easy access.
I stayed at the hotel for business purposes, and chose it due to price, and proximity of where I had to work. I'm sad to say out of all my reviews, this is the first time I've given a hotel anything lower than a 4. The positives: staff was friendly at the front desk. Lobby was clean. The room was .. in good order. Negatives: Stains on the walls, shower a bit disgusting, air conditioning running as loud as a truck, and internet... had speeds of dial-up. Look at the pictures included with the review for yourself. Would not stay here, will not stay at a comfort inn again, and will not recommend.

Staff was rude and lazy. and kept trying to charge me for a roll away bed when i asked for more pillows

The only thing I did not like about this hotel is that the Room Card does not work after 10am even thoug the check out is at 12pm. So by the time we were taking out our luggage to the car, we could not access by any door except the lobby and of course we could not access the room again to take out the rest of our suitcases.

Rude staff

This is the first review that I write, but I feel it is my obligation to do so. My sheets were stained with what seemed like mascara. I went to the front desk to ask for clean sheets. The staff member and his trainee started walking to the laundry room and told me I had to go with them to get my sheets!! I was a little scared, but because I wanted clean sheets I still followed. They opened the laundry room, which was not very tidy, and gave me some rolled up clean towels. The staff member started to unroll the towels so I could inspect them, even though I asked him not to. The female receptionist the next day was very rude. My sister went to ask for a complimentary toothpaste and the receptionist acted like it was a hassle to give it to her. Finally she gave her some. All in all, it is in a good location, but the staff and their service is definitely below par.

This is a great hotel at a great price!

Pros: The breakfast was delicious, they had Texas shaped waffles! The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. The AC worked great!
Cons: The shower head worked great but faucet could use some work.
Location: The Outlet Mall is only a 20 minute drive away! There are plenty of restaurants to choose from as well.
The staff, though I didn't have much interaction with them, was great. This is both day and night staff, very friendly. I only stayed for 2 nights but they were both very pleasant.

Horrible first impression, receptionist having a that day, I notice bar her body language and her tone of voice. she gave us a room with writing on the walls also smell like a bar.went down there to the receptionist to request a better room she told me that I was gonna get charge.she also told me that I was wasting her time

Horrible!

This place is bad. I noticed a the smell of cigarettes as soon as I walked in so I asked the front desk girl to make sure my room was non-smoking, but she said it was smoking, that they did not have anything else although there were barely any cars outside, that that was how the reservation was made which was not true, and tried to upsell me to a non-smoking suite for an extra $30! . It is obvious they do this to try to get more $$$ from clients. I have never had this issue using hotels.com in the years I've been using it and I know when someone is laying to me. Also the room's door did not close properly, we had to carry it to be able to pass the lock bar through the hole.
