Great service

All was great, with the exception that the three nights I was there, my key kept deactivating.

And I'm sorry to hear about your room key deactivating, but that could happen for a number of reasons: 1) placed near your cell phone; 2) placed near your credit cards; and 3) low temperatures. Pretty good, a standard hotel for a great price!

Pros: The breakfast was great, the room was clean, and the service was friendly!
Cons: Showers need to be more adjustable, hot tub need to be functional, and no problems with room keys please.
Location: It was not far at all from many shopping and dining areas, close by the Mexico border, and even South Padre Island.
We had a good stay at the hotel, especially for the super low price! The breakfast was great and the service was wonderful. The hotel keys didn't work a few times though, the hot tub was not hot, and the shower was hard to get to the right temperature. Otherwise I think this is a great place not far from South Padre Island and Nuevo Progreso, Mexico. My whole family enjoyed their stay. I would recommend if you are looking for a decent stay at a super inexpensive price!

No hot water.

The room had no hot water in the shower or in the sink. The front desk staff was rude and refused to provide a phone number for the manager. This was by far my worst hotel experience. I will never stay here again.

Pros: Poco ruido en exterior. Muy buen desayuno. Alberca en verano
Location: Muy cerca de las tiendas mas visitadas en Mc allen ( Ross, Academy, Target, Best By ). a 30 minutos de Oulet Mercedes.
Estancia agradable , aunque solo es conveniente la ocupacion por 1 o 2 dias , por si la visita es por compras

Pros: The large bathroom. Fridge & microwave. Making coffee for two and not by the cup.
Cons: I think the pool area could be improved a little.
Location: The location was great!
We stayed there two nights and everything and everyone was great.

The staff was rude I asked for a non smoking room got a smoking room will never rent a hotel from the company again
