Upon arrival, to our room which was in the manor lodge, my key was not activated so I had to go back to get it programmed upon the doors opening the entrance rugs were not vacuumed very dirty, also the rug leading to my room was dirty looked like rundown hotel. Our t.v kept turning off. The bed had hole in the top blanket. The place just was not inviting. We left same day.

Interesting history, I enjoyed staying at a retired US Air Force base. Architecture and accommodations were peaceful and comfortable. Very quiet, yet easy to get to. Friendly staff, food was great.

Definitely do not recommend. Rooms were dirty . Staff was unfriendly. Breakfast was disgusting. And we got our car broken into in the hotel parking lot . I understand that’s not the hotel s fault but it was in their parking lot . Super unsafe area never again !

Where to begin, the room is extremely outdated and the appearance was clean, but not very well. Bathroom walls and door where dirty. The wallpaper was falling off the wall. The owner should be seriously considering closing down or a serious upgrade to the rooms. Horrible stay and would not come back . Please do not stay here.

We stayed in a very dated double queen room in "West Manor" building. The walls and ceiling do not have adequate insulation. I could hear conversations from neighboring units clearly and every time the upstairs flushed the toilet it sounded like a jet taking off. Also loud dogs are also allowed in the building so good luck sleeping if one starts barking for no reason in the middle of the night. It was also not cheap and therefore a bad value for the terrible room. Only positive is nice front staff and proximity to the Capital Sports Center. Would not recommend staying here again.

It was very nice for being an old Mcclennan air force barracks. It was clean, quiet and safe as well. My only complaint was that i asked for a bathtub in my room, and got a walk in shower, instead. Also, the hot tub was filled with bugs the first day i went in, but was cleaned the next 2 days, and very warm. It was also deteriorating and in need of repair, so the masonry doesnt crumble anymore than it already is. Overall it was an excellent place to stay, at a fairly reasonable price.

Customer service was really good. Access to the buildings was easy and accessible. The Only thing I can say is the rooms need to be remodeled bad. It felt like I was on a Cruise boat.

Hotel room is NOT the modern pictures you see advertised in the WEST LODGE. If you are expecting the advertised modern rooms, you need to specify this. Otherwise you will get a crappy room that’s rundown (BUT very clean. Thank you!) I slept well and the cleaning staff did what they could with the room. It just wasn’t what we expected. Free buffet was satisfying.
