I and 8 other friends met in Knoxville, TN to celebrate the visit of long-not-seen English friend who was visiting. Since one of the group was a gourmet chef, the Cook Loft was a natural choice. The spacious and well equipped kitchen was the center of interest as we sat and watched him prepare the 5 course dinner. After dinner we re-met in the large lounge area to talk away the rest of the evening. The two beautiful bedrooms served our honored guest and myself and our wives while several of the other participants used the fold out sofa beds to finish out the night. A breakfast at a french crepe shop two blocks away finished the get-together. With 3 theatres within 3 blocks and UT campus 5 minutes away by car, the Cook Loft is a wonderful place to base a visit to Knoxville.

We went up for the fireworks on Saturday and football game on Sunday. It was wonderful to have such a convenient place to stay and have valet parking. Great place to stay. I just don't like that there is a two day minimum stay on game weekends.

I would stay there again when in town. The people were very kind and energetic. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The only thing I would change is I would make the parking free. Or just include it in the room price, but the overall rating was excellent.

I was in Knoxville for the Family Weekend events at the university. The convenience of being able to walk to campus was awesome. The staff was very nice and made absolutely sure that the stay was an enjoyable one. I will definitely stay here again.

I have to get back to work so I'll be brief: The staff were excellent and exceedingly helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful and my room was wonderful. Although, I didn't dine at one of the hotel's restaurants, the food smelled wonderful. I would definitely keep it as a first choice when visiting Knoxville.

Our Grandson had a National Dive Meet in Knoxville TN. A group of us stayed at your hotel and the only glitch was on the second day of our stay when the breakfast was a disaster. No silverware or napkins, looong wait for hot items and then they were wrong. Granted there were a lot of people there but that should have been anticipated.
Other than that things were great. Housekeeping was super, went above and beyond as did the valet service. Am currently in a Hampton Inn in Fayetteville, TN. They are also a Hilton Honors hotel. They can't hold a candle to you!
Thanks for your service. **********. 10 Stars.
