I was immediately disappointed upon pulling up to the hotel.. The staff and service was ok!! It’s mainly the environment and people hanging out.. Upon entering my room I did feel a little better!! I could tell it had been renovated.. The lamps could use replacing due to the electrical outlets not working properly!!

My stay at RRI was poor. The beds are clean but like rocks. It was extremely noisy as they were having a party, although my room was opposite the party. The whole motel was in mediocre condition. It was clean and not the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. It seems they have tried to update, but the building itself is old. They charged my cc a $50 per room incident fee that we are to be credited back in 3-5 days… I didn’t like that they went ahead and took my money instead of holding the cc number. I’d don’t think I’d recommend this place. 2 out of 5 stars from me.

The property was very well lighted. The rooms were easily accessible with exterior entries. I was grateful that they accepted my pet, with a deposit, and it was promptly returned to my credit card after evaluation by management. My pet room had plank vinyl flooring, so bring the slippers if you don't like cold bare floors. The rooms were very clean, updated & the bedding comfortable. My only wish was for a room coffee pot & cups. I most likely will stay here again to visit my family because it's location is easy to get to their place.

I read the reviews but thought that any thing that bad would be out of business. I was WRONG. I paid up front for my daughter. The day of her arrival, I called and spoke with the receptionist to verify the check in process. My daughter was denied her room for the first night and again the next morning. I had to go in and "speak" with the staff. They refused to give me the managers name and refused to reimburse my paymet (for eight days). Finally allowed her to check in. I think the scam is to allow upfront paynent, then deny access and double book the room. I watch two other couples ho through the same thing. Stay away from this hotel. The GM, has six othet locations. Im will to bet that the scam is being ran at those lications.

My family had events going on all weekend and we'd get back to the hotel around 10pm to find no parking due to the Hanks BBQ customers using the entire hotel parking lot for there convenience. We had to circle multiple times to find parking or to wait for someone to leave. I understand there's a sign that says additional parking, but for the entire parking lot to be full, thats just ridiculous.

The room was not cleaned at all when I checked in. Asked for nonsmoking and cigarette butts everywhere. Food on the floor. I had to clean the tub to shower. When I asked the staff about it he said it was not his problem and was extremely rude. Every surface was dirty. I showed pictures to the front desk, again he said it was not his problem. I asked for a refund and he refused. The area is dangerous and very loud. I could hear the guests phone alerts… the walls are that thin. The filth was absolutely disgusting. And smelled terrible. The staff did not want to correct the issue. Also, upon checking in, they would not accept my debit mastercard.. but they “continently” had an ATM in the lobby for me to withdraw cash and charged a fee. No amenities were available. I did see an old coffee pot in the lobby. I would NOT stay here! Extremely disappointed is an understatement. I know you get what you pay for but this was beyond filthy and the staff doesn’t care; nor are they willing to rectify anything you ask for. Like a clean room.. for example.

This was by far my worst stay anywhere ever. I checked in early (extra $25) and my first room had a couple of crickets and the AC was out. They then moved me to another room because they couldn’t fix the AC that day. Second room had A LOT more crickets (like 15-20 at least) and dead pieces of crickets leading me to think they didn’t clean it well. Called the front desk just asking for a refund so I could stay somewhere else. They refused because I booked through Expedia but said they’d send someone to “clean” my room. It was just a guy with a broom and he was rude and had an attitude about it. At that point I just left and stayed somewhere else. Called RRI customer service and filed a complaint with pictures (see my Google review). Then got an “apology” email from the GM saying they couldn’t refund me (because of Expedia he said) but would refund my early check in. I called his bluff and called Expedia customer service and they confirmed that I just RESERVED through them and I paid the hotel directly. So the hotel should be able to refund me, they’re just being stubborn. I replied to the “apology” email a week ago saying I still wanted the full refund and that Expedia confirmed they should be able to give it to me. There’s been no response since, and no refund (even to the early checkin that they said they would). Don’t stay here, it’s gross and they don’t care about your experience there at all.
