"The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful! She switched us a handicapped room. I lost my room key and she made me another one. Everything was nice and clean. The breakfast looked good but I was on my way to the hospital for surgery and could not eat anything. "

"We were SO glad we chose the Chateau. From front desk check in till check out the next day, this is truly one of the most awesome spots to stay. Very clean; floor was quiet; room was large, high ceilings, awesome chandelier in the room; internet/tv was perfect; the bathroom was large and the free breakfast was awesome, home cooked cheesy eggs, sausage, and lots more; PLUS guests were given tables with tablecloths; it was very nice! The prices for rooms were VERY reasonable, I've already shared with friends and if we get back to Bloomington again there is no way we'd stay anywhere else! PLUS the building is breathtaking in decor; the hotel also hosts weddings, events and more...I can see why!!"

"We weren’t there very much. It’s a nice place and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s a very convenient location with a nice restaurant attached. My only complaint is even with the room temp turned down to 64, it was still too warm"
