I stayed for the first time at Anjum, but it was one of the best experiences. They have it all inside the hotels, food, shopping, courtyard (the best), etc. Rooms were spacious. It was very busy in Ramadan but the location beats it all, very convenient walk to haram, taxi didn’t have issue dropping off. Just got partial Haram view due to availability, although upgraded to Haram view. Appreciate everyone there from all the employees and workers to help us make it smooth.

I was double charged on my staying ,my credit card my card charged twice for the same staying period , called several time not getting no where with them ,,they refuse to work with me or give me my money back awful experience with them. I will never use or recommend them again stole my money. that's a shame I have to pay twice without consideration& hurtful .unprofessional.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. It provided a comfortable environment to return to after a long day. Its proximity to Haram is its standout feature, offering incredible convenience for those looking to be close to this sacred site. This was a major plus for me and likely for many other travelers with similar intentions.However, there were a few aspects that could use improvement. The hotel's decor and facilities felt outdated, giving the impression that a renovation might be due to bring it up to modern standards. While this didn't significantly impact the comfort of my stay, a refresh could certainly enhance the overall guest experience.One notable challenge was transportation, particularly during Ramadan. Getting a taxi in and out of the area proved to be quite difficult, which might be something future guests would want to prepare for. The holy month brings about unique challenges and an increase in visitors, so planning ahead for transportation is advisable.Lastly, the hotel's customer service, especially through their WhatsApp channel, was less efficient than expected. I encountered a significant issue when road blocks prevented access to the hotel, and despite reaching out for assistance, I didn't receive a timely response. Staff are really helpful.. Other than that, the hotel is a big NO. rooms are too small, water in the shower is very weak and either hot or cold. Food at the restaurant was cold. Really disappointed with the hotel.

When i came to check in. The receptionist refused to check me in because of some issue between the hotel and Expedia regarding the payment. I had to wait with my family at the reception for about two hours to resolve this issue. Even though, the payment was already paid through Expedia. The management paid zero attention and asked me to call Expedia to resolve this issue. + my reservation included a free breakfast buffet where the receptionist stated that it is only include one person while the room is for two persons. The staff there are the rudest i have ever dealt with (at least the one that i have met) and i do not recommend this hotel at all. Thanks,

I pick this location 2nd time and hope that is last time, front desk staff is hostile, aggressive, non friendly, doesn't like to answer 2nd question in case any further direction.( Tower 2) laundry service mostly doesn't pick up the phone. Food was great except the guy make egg has an attitude. Restaurant Manager Omar was very helpful and realize the staff attitude. WIFI SUCKS IF YOU ARE ON ABOVE 13TH FLOOR WATER ahhh using Economy faucets in sink, water really comes in drops. shower either cold or hot, mixing is an issue with literally no pressure. .Bell Captain Abdul Hanan was very courteous, friendly, professional, helpfull

I stayed in Anjum during Umrah earlier this month and could not be happier. Anjum exemplifies hospitality in Islamic tradition with its friendly and worldly staff who were kind and considerate. I describe the hotel as a gem perched atop a mountain adjacent to the Grand Mosque. The lobby is serene and the allure of being in a special city and place is fully captured. You truly feel like a special guest. My parents and I feel nostalgic about the delicious breakfasts and the afternoon tea in the lobby area. The hotel is fully equipped with prayer areas and has an outdoor piazza and patio where you can relax and take beautiful photos as a memory of your trip. Quddus from housekeeping in particular took very good care of us and always checked in to make sure we were fully comfortable. When leaving Makkah on our last day on our way into the car by the lobby, we felt a bit of rain pouring. The staff mentioned rain in a desert symbolizes fortune and blessings. From check in to check out that is truly how we felt. We wanted to thank the staff andowner for a service and accommodation well done. Mashallah. Till we meet again.
