A Great Stay
Unlike the Dar Al Eiman that I stayed in , in Medina, this Hotel was excellent. Housekeeping was helpful and cleaned the room as often as we wanted. The Hotel is very close the Haram, and also has a Mosque floor connected to the Haram so I was able to take my elderly parents there. It's one of the most convenient hotels to access the Haram and will be better when Gate No1 is re-opened.

Not a recommended hotel. Location is the only thing that is good. The rest is below avg. Dirty rooms, dirty bathrooms, staff doesn’t understand english so it makes it very difficult to communicate. Breakfast is terrible, same thing everyday. The international breakfast doesn’t really have anything to eat for someone desi. Staff wont let you take a single luggage to your room by yourself only so they can get a tip from you. It was my first day and had not cashed out money and made me look like a cheapo. I wasn’t going to give a $100 as tip since that is all I had. Anyhow, not a recommended hotel, you could stay at Hilton convention for the same amount. Go there, way better! Good luck!

Excellent location and great place to stay.
Good place to stay. Very close to Haram so certainly an advantage for senior citizens. Reception staff work at their own pace and can be frustrating though. Hygiene good.

It is near by holly Kabbalah but badly managed. Non co operative staff Lobby of this hotel is looking too bad Frenaturrs of its not able to be sitting Kitchens &Foot was not good at all I will never book this hotels in future. There is nothing to be apprecated regarding this hotel

Booked 2 rooms together got one room on 12th floor and the other 20th floor. The bathroom stunk. No towels at all 2 times. No one picks up the phone at receptionist. bathrooms are not so clean you can see debris on the floors Very bad service Will not recommend to any one

Umrah with family
Travelling with a guest in a wheelchair, this Hotel is extremely convenient to and from the Haram. Romms were serviced daily and are clean and comfortable. Also it has many elevators so waiting time is quick.

The hotel was fully booked despite my booking being fully paid for in advance. They did not offer me any room and all the hotels in the area were fully sold out. I had to wait for 10 hours to find an alternative. Pathetic management was very rude and did not help at all. I hope they refund my payment.
