We stayed at Hilton Suites in Mecca for 2 nights for umrah, we booked through Expedia with breakfast included option two accessible suite for 2 elderly on wheelchairs and had young kids too- I just highly highly recommend Hilton Suites Mecca, it is right infront of women entrance and very very close to electric wheelchair rental for umrah. I loved their services, very courteous staff, pleasant, the breakfast buffet was 10 star, so many dishes Alhamdullilah. The general manager Rajab and the hotel staff Tanveer really took care of elderly on wheelchair and provided services at the table for elderly, Rajab gave kids cupcakes on our departure to Medina- we will come back inshllah and will stay at Hilton Suites again

Hilton Suites is very close to the Masjid which makes attending prayers extremely convenient. The rooms are a bit old with spotted carpets and furniture. Truthfully, it did not really bother us cause we were mostly out of the room. I am sure if we had notified the staff they would have changed our rooms, but it was not a big issue for us. The staff were very nice and helpful especially with the extension procedures. Breakfast had a variety of choices, but same choices every day. Overall, our stay was good and very peaceful. The hotel actually had speakers in each room so we could hear the Adhaan and prayers quite clearly in case we were unable to go down. The best thing about Hilton suites is the location. It merely a 5 min walk to the Masjid which is great if you are trying to attend daily prayers. Furthermore, the nearby location helps if you are traveling with kids/elderly and need to go back to the room for some time. We definitely would consider staying at Hilton Suites again!

The staff was very helpful and well trained. Especially the girl who checked us in (her name was Muntiha- if I am not forgetting) was very helpful and considerate. The staff at the restaurant (during morning breakfast) was also very courteous and well mannered.

What a wonderful experience we had. Nothing bad can be said about this location. Right next to Haram. Come out of hotel ,cross the street and you are in it. Could not ask more then that. Superb.

Its close to the haram. You can walk right out to the masjid. There are convenient food and shopping options. Only issue is that if u call a cab or u have hired a driver they stop him at security for a long time before letting them come to u. Otherwise its great

Location is great. Very close to Haram and plenty of food and shopping options around. Reception staff were nice and so were the cleaners and guest service staff. I liked the room and view. This would have been a 10/10 if the restaurant folks catering breakfast were as nice as everyone else. They lack hospitality skills , don't welcome you or suggest seating, you get the feeling that you're an inconvenience:). Once seated , a nice waiter made my experience much better and a local supervisor came by and frequently checked if everything was alright and if all my needs were taken care of. For that I'm grateful.

We were surprised to see very low hand wash basin, which are not suitable for tall people. I had lots of pain in my back due to bending too down to use sink. Very discourteous staff. In breakfast room at cooking station staff was loudly arguing with each other. Waiters were talking against each other. Only one waiter from Egypt was very professional and caring. F&B Manager was asking about ratings, if you tell 10 out of 10, he will smile but if you give your honest opinion he was not happy and next morning will ignore you. I love Hilton but this Hilton is a joke. I wish there rating goes to 2 or 3 stars. This is a very honest opinion. I will never stay there again and ask friends too not stay there after having hard prayers, you don’t feel comfortable.

When we arrived at the property aftwr a long ride, we were told that our booking has been canceled!!!! They tried to charge our credit card a day before our arrival ,( it was a pay at property booking) and the transaction got deflined. So they canceled the booking without even contacting is or hotels.com I never got any notifications from my credit card company, or Hotels.com or even from Hilton Suites Bout the declined transaction or the canceled booking. Upon a lot of request , they gave us a smaller room but did not offer us any compensation in return of the trouble we had to go through

Excellent accommodation for both location and cleanliness. 2 mins walk from the haram if that, breakfast is plentiful with a good variety, staff very polite and helpful. Cannot fault this hotel, I will definitely be staying here again!

Hotel was fine n rooms were very nice. However the front desk staff would not accept my confirmed reservation n said that Expedia had sent them a message that the card could not be charged n the reservation was cancelled. I showed them my receipt n receipt from Amex but would not accept. I ended up paying 399 dollars n making a new reservation to get a room at 2 AM.

Family of 4 Umrah trip. The hotel was amazing and a few minutes walk to the Haram. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. Definitely will recommend. Only negative was the rollaway bed which was very uncomfortable.
