Location: You can have a magificant kabbah view
Nice hotel and helpful staff... when I asked to change the room to kabbah view they did it without extra money as they were avialable

the hotel was very bad i wait for more then 50 mins at the reception just waiting the receptionist to check my reservation.

The delay in checking in to your room was not acceptable and I can assure you that this situation is not at all typical of the standard you can expect of Pullman ZamZam. We endeavour to have all our rooms ready for guest arrival; however, the late departure of previous guests can sometimes hinder the progress of the housekeeping team. To learn that there has been a shortfall in our service is disappointing for staff, but I can asure that our procedures will be reviewed and, if necessary, corrective action implemented. It was an excellent experience. It was so near the holy mosque. Nice and comfortable room. If I get chance I will go and stay in that hotel again.

Beautiful hotel and great location

Great location, just a few steps away from Haram and beautiful hotel with big rooms. Only thing missing is the courtesy of the staff and service. Sometimes we had to call room service 3-4 times in order to get a bottle of water.

Good hotel close to Haram but no full view to it

The hotel overall good but the staff is not expert, the room is nice and clean the beds is comfort, the common lift from hotel to the haram is busy have to wait and the shops is close.

Long way to get to room; you need to get in the complex, go get an elevator then to to reception floor, then walk for about 2 mins then get another elevator (mostly busy or crowded) then get to your floor.

I sent my elderly parents who have difficulty walking too far. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the Pullman Zamzam Hotel. Close to the Haram, good healthy breakfast and wonderful staff. Well recommended.
