Modern, noisy area, dirty room, friendly staff
Overall was okay, the room was consistently dirty, housekeeping only cleaned the floors and changed the garbage. There was hair everywhere from the last person who stayed there. Very noisy as it’s right next to a busy road and intersection. Room was quite modern and the front desk staff was friendly and were willing to help.

The only good thing I can say about the property is that the rooms are clean. The breakfast is not good and all the bread is super hard including the pancakes that taste like a cardboard box. The hotel is located on a huge hill so if you go to parque lleras walking back will not be fun at all. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH!!! So if you are an american then do not book here unless you know Spanish because you will get no help. The hotel is not guest friendly and charge 90,000pesos for visitors that are not booked with you. My biggest problem was on the last day when they called for me a shuttle service to the airport and the guy did not take out one of my bags which I don't understand how he missed it. I called the hotel back to tell the driver to bring my bag back and I will pay him but the hotel said no english and HUNG UP IN MY FACE!!! I got a translator and the hotel said they would call back in 5mins but never did. So we called back again and they kept saying they would call back and never called and I had to catch my flight. I had a value of $700 worth of items in that bag!!! I will not be returning to this hotel.

First, the sheets and towels are dirty! Visibly dirty! I didnt even want to touch them to take pics. Luckily I brought my own. Second, you cant sleep because its next to loud street, not people loud just loud when cars drive by, its like a highway and next to it is a street. Third, the staff is not kind, they dont seem like they like their job. Fourth, the breakfast is not good and they dont offer you anything not even fresh coffee, etc. Maybe were just spoiled from other hotels services.

Good times staying in the Sky
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was a little difficult for my taxi driver to find, the pillows were a little on the hard side, and it was a 10 minute walk down down to the closest area that you would want to be but it is a tough walk back as it is uphill. I was very impressed with my view outside my room. All in all, a great stay for the price I received.

The room was nice but that was as good as it got here. You can't have any guests with out paying a surcharge which is outrageous. The night front desk attendant was the worst and very unhelpful. Stay if you like being treated poorly!

I liked the hotel very much. The staff was friendly & helpful in every way. My only gripe is the internet is absolutely deplorable. If you need internet/WiFi I would not recommend. It is intermittent at best and when it was working it was incredibly slow. I would have to go to the lobby to get a better signal and pretty much anytime I needed internet for anything important. If you do not care about a reasonably fast WiFi/internet then this is a great place. It is definitely hard to locate as the hotel does not have a sign. However, once you find it, you can direct taxis exactly where to go.

The hotel wants you to pay overstay night fee if a friend of your’s come to visit you at your room DURING THE DAY TIME !!!! Of you choose to have your visit at the lobby !!! What do you think ??

My stay was amazing! The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was terrific, with great selections. My room was modern, well decorated,comfortable, and very quiet. Medellin is a gorgeous city, and the hotel is well-located in El Poblado near great restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

I am male/late 20s/USA/friends trip. Rooms were nice, clean, tv was great, internet was good. Bathrooms nice and clean. Hot water was spotty, wouldn't stay hot for very long but we managed.

Nice hotel in a nice neighborhood
Best western Sky is a nice hotel with rooms which have a modern design. Its located in the uptown neighborhood of El Poblado where the more wealthy people live. The staff is very very friendly and helpfull.
