This property is very nice, it is right at the heart of zona rosa yet room was quiet, breakfast nice. Staff helpful. Definitely recommended.

I have to say that this property was on a great location management and staff very helpful with everything very clean walking distance to any restaurant and four minutes or five walking distance to the mall. Great location recommend the people to go there. I thanked them very much for their service, see them soon ???

pleasant surprise with good price, good desk staff, small patio off room, several free offerings from minibar, fantastic location in heart of Provenza, surprisingly quiet (7th floor), adequate free breakfast. Room was small but very good value for the price.

This will be a LOVE it or HATE it property. I've stayed here several times and i love it. It's literally located at the end of Provenza. On the actual street .. best location in El Poblado only if you don't mind the noise because the bars and clubs are outside of you window. Imagine a hotel on Bourbon Street or 42nd St NYC!! Great if you come to party, not so much if you come to relax

AFTER your non refundable booking you receive a message from the hotel warning you about construction “outside” of the hotel. When I checked in they said well put you in a “quiet room”. This entire hotel, inside and out is under construction. They were literally jackhammering and cutting concrete right next to my room at 7 am. Refuse to cancel, refuse to refund. This is an absolute terrible stay as this hotel should be closed during their renovations. Expedia refuses to step in and help. BEWARE to stay here.

The hotel is good, close to everything but way too noisy. If you want to rest or have a normal night of sleep make sure not to take any room facing the front of the property because you are not going to be able to sleep. Also there is a construction in the hotel and outside the hotel that they not mention when you book it.

The hotel is located right in the center of el Poblado, it is kind of noisy at night but the HOTEL is very safe! Cops at the hotel lobby at all times and the breakfast is delicious! Very helpful staff. I will stay there again.

I read in the reviews that this hotel was next to everything. They were not kidding! You are front and center. The staff was attentive. Breakfast was just “ok” The hotel is clean. Madeleine was excellent. She constantly communicated with me before I arrived at the hotel. Help coordinate pick up to the hotel. I would not recommend using “Luis” as your driver. We missed our connecting flight and had to spend a night in Bogotá. I contacted the hotel & also the driver more than an hour before the pick-up time. Luis said no problem, and we coordinated for pickup the next day. I was told he would be waiting for us with a sign at the gate, but at the airport, he said we would meet him outside. At the hotel, when we went to pay, Luis charged us half the cost for the previous day plus the price for that day. I questioned him since I had told him more than 1 hr before our arrival time that we missed our flight; he started raising his voice and getting argumentative, saying he had to pay a tolan l. This is why he would be at the airport more than hour before when the hotel was less than 30min, and our flight was supposed to arrive at 10:30 pm (no traffic), but we paid him because we didn’t want to start our vacation that way. I advised Madeleine what happened, and she said she would investigate it. When this happened, another staff member did not try to help at all. The hotel coordinated with another driver to take us back to the airport, and everything worked perfectly.

Nice boutique hotel on paper, but there was a lot of construction on Carrera 35, e.g., drilling all day long. In the evening the road was blocked and I could hear the partying and karaokes at the other end of the block. Access to taxis/ubers was difficult. Most wouldn't come in, and for the others it was hard to guess which end of the road they would choose to appear.

Good value
Hotel is in a great area next to a night life and plenty of restaurants. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the metro. Room is clean with really hot water in the shower. Friendly and helpful staff. If you are on the street side it can be loud at night. But it did not bother me

Hotel under going construction Constant noise drilling through concrete walls from 9 am to 5 pm Terrible breakfast virtually nothing to eat No one speaks English so impossible for me to communicate .dirty sheets!no Window in room.street block off due to construction so you have to walk with your luggages

Could not be better
If you go to El poblado stay here. It is priced right and the hotel is perfect. Clean, great location and super staff. The staff here went above and beyond to accommodate us. The hotel is guest friendly too.

Consistently very good
Dependable as always. Breakfast is repetitive, but acceptable. Toilet area is very small, shower is large. Staff are friendly and Luis got us to where we needed to go. Pickup at the airport was timely.

Conveniently located, restaurants and bars near by, all within walking distance. I was afraid it was going to be loud from the outside bars and music but it wasn't bad at all. Very secure hotel and has safes in the rooms for valuables. I highly recommend this place.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had messaged them about my arrival time and they were expecting me upon my arrival. Very sweet and nice. They also helped me set up transportation and gave me advise about what to do and where to go for lunch and dinner based in my preferences.

Deben mejorar: 1. El WiFi porque es muy deficiente. 2.. En el 402 reparar y/o cambiar el aparato telefonico ya que tiene una llamada en espera y la luz roja titila 24/7, lo que molesta el sueño. 3. Reparar el radio reloj.
