Excellent stop-over passing through

Posted Nov 14, 2014
Pros: Excellent pillows!
Cons: Decor is a bit dated but not bad.
Location: Great restaurants within 5 minutes and fantastic brewery down the street.
Only stayed one night but it was a winner! Clean, quiet, comfortable, easy access, with great restaurants within 5 minutes and fantastic brewery down the street. What more could you want?!

Pros: Convenience and newness.
Cons: Lighting a bit low for reading.
Location: 8 to10 minutes to downtown Ashland. Convenient access to interstate 5. Markets and shopping close by.
Comfortable to come back for rest after Shakespeare Festival performances. Comfortable bed.

Room 187

Posted Sep 27, 2014
Pros: I thought the courtyard was nice, but I would have preferred the mountain views.
Cons: Provide adequate staff. My impression is that guests were all trying to order breakfast after the evening play. Move the lobby to center of facility.
Location: Our activities were all in the downtown area.
The lobby was too far away. There was not enough staff to deal with the constantly ringing of the phone and myself and another person in my building in person who drove to the lobby. I couldn't find my key, the other person's key would not work, the phone rang continuously while we waited, and there was only one staff person in the lobby who was trying her very best to deal with the situation in a very professional manner. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were excellent. The complimentary/continental breakfast was disappointing.

Great for I-5 and the View

Posted Sep 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
This location was very quiet but further from the activities of downtown then I liked. Shuttle service would be nice to reduce stress of parking near downtown. There was a great brewery near by that was within walking distance. The view from the room were breath taking. The staff tried really hard to please the continental breakfast not so great. Easy to get on and off I5 from this location hope next time the pool is open. Thanks for saving this hotel and remodeling it is worth the effort.

Great time !

This was our second time staying at time hotel and both experiences were wonderful. They are currently going through a renovation but that work was never distracting or uncomfortable. Great proximity to down town. The hotel staff were outstanding.

Took a trip from Seattle to California and chose this hotel. We were very pleased with the customer service and the cleanliness. The breakfast delivery basket was plus.

Rooms were nice in size, beds were comfortable. Great having breakfast snack delivered in the morning. Just remember to tell them each night you want a breakfast. Enjoyed our stay will most likely stay again.

Great for the price

We chose this due to the easy access from I5 and downtown. Late room with kitchenette that is always nice. The breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch and the fact that they accommodate pets as well overall very unexpected suprise. Just note it is not walking distance to downtown ashland but it is biking distance and walking distance to a lot of other great spots in ashland like Caldera Brewing co.

Fair but no cigar

Attending the theater required driving and parking in Ashland was difficult. There was no pool and no really convenient places to eat by the hotel. It was cheap, but that was its only virtue.

Good Stay

Posted Sep 8, 2014
This was a very nice hotel and well situated. The rooms were comfortable and very spacious with a kitchenette. The room was very clean except for our coffee maker which still had water in the reservoir from the previous guest and the carafe needed better cleaning. When you checked in, you selected your breakfast food and when you wanted it served to your room. Our breakfast came on time and was totally adequate.
