The 9-story Ashland Springs Hotel is located in southern Oregon's Rogue River Valley in downtown Ashland. Originally built in 1925 (as the Lithia Hotel), it is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a member of Historic Hotels of America. The hotel was renovated in 2001, and features an ornate lobby with a fireplace, palm trees, and living-room seating.
A complimentary Continental breakfast is served daily in the mezzanine, a light-filled room with large, arched windows and wicker seating. An outdoor, walled, English-style garden area is the setting for a large wrought-iron gazebo covered in climbing roses.
