Really nice desk staff in a beautiful old building. The rooms are small and the double double rooms aren’t big enough for three people. The hotel’s right in the middle of the action in Ashland. The elevator is old and slow but that’s to be expected. It’s a pretty tall building so pack light if your room is at the top and you get tired of waiting. I believe parking is free and the outdoor lot is right behind the hotel. I’d definitely stay there again but I’d get at least a king.

I didn't realize that the hotel had four EV (220V) chargers -- Blink ones, which don't require a membership. I love this kind of hotel; it's like something out of Auntie Mame, with a mezzanine and tables that look over the lobby. Our room had high ceilings, and a hidden refrigerator. The hotel is in the central shopping district, but it's very quiet.

Ashland's grand lady. It is run and kept in the best condition. Our room was small but up on the top floor with windows on two sides providing wonder views to the east and south. A really wonderful stay.

Pleasantly surprised. Restoration of this almost 100 year old hotel maintain the charm and integrity of this lovely building. Loved the nearly park for a pre-dinner stroll. Eight deer were exiting the park and crossing Main Street as we arrived. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast, just the right amount of selection. They seem to know what people want. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Lovely boutique European styled hotel. This hotel is old and has preserved the charm of a bygone era. The rooms are smaller than modern hotels, but have everything you need and loads of charm. It is a very lovely property.

On Expedia our room was advertised as having a city view. The actual view was of the parking lot. The pictures were deceptive as the room was also very small.

Room was really nice. Smaller than expected. Looking at the photos on Expedia, it looked like it was gonna be significantly bigger than the Queen boutique I had last time, but it really wasn't. One small complaint I had about both rooms was that there is no hand towel holder next to the sinks. My biggest complain is the thermostate on the heater. I find it increidbly hard to dial it in on a good temperature. Seems like I'm always having to adjust it. I thought I found the sweet spot. I had left the room for a couple hours and when I came back it was SUPER hot in the room.

The Ashland Springs is full of vintage charm and elegance. A definite revisit is in the future. Continental Breakfast is just the right balance between hearty and light options. One thing that would make the stay more convenient would be to have more "hooks" on walls and doors to hang, toiletries and other quick items.

We appreciate you are a pet friendly hotel however after having a wonderful meal at the Lark, we are back in our room and the dog (French bull dog) next to us has barked non stop for over an hour. We are not sure how to proceed with this annoyance but would hope you would compensate in a proper manner.
