We probably stay abut 40 nights each year in hotels. This was the very best of all. The hotel is a restored Victorian (?) home. The rooms are well appointed throughout. We were greeted as we walked toward the porch before getting to the stairs. "Would you like something to drink? A glass of wine?" We were asked. It was hot so I took the cool Chardonnay. The library was "darker" feeling "cooler", and the living room and dining room were a walk back in history. In the morning we were served an excellent breakfast on lace table cloths on the porch. I can't say enough about the outstanding hospitality, cleanliness, ambiance, breakfast and warmth. My only regret? If too many people read this I may have difficulty booking the next time. Great value for an excellent stay.
