“most Marriotts are good, not this one”

couldn't get the heat to kick on, it was 35 degree's out. front desk did help with that, but wasn't an easy task. toilet wouldn't flush. paint peeling off the ceiling. the next morning, the maid kept knocking at the door every 15 minutes while we were still trying to sleep, and this was four hours before check-out! as we were walking out, she said to us "sorry." my husband said to her, "yeah, sure you are." then we went downstairs to get the complimentary breakfast and coffee...it was 5 minutes after they shut everything down. did get the coffee though. wouldn't even give us a muffin, like that would have killed them! not a good experience. won't go back to this one. been to other Marriotts and has had excellent stays there. but not here!

“Might be the best hotel in Medford. Highly recommended.”

Very good hotel for the money. Room was clean, no smells, no stains... and everything was as advertised. Only 1 drawback: when we asked the waiter where the free starbucks coffee was located (which was 10 feet from us behind a partial wall) she pointed us to the "paid" starbucks counter instead.

“Very nice, Clean Hotel”

While visiting Medford for a family emergency, my mom and I stayed at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the kind front desk people, the cleanliness of the hotel and our room, and the ease of parking, checking in/ out and the ease of getting a room for an extra night. Although this hotel is located directly next to the local airport, we did not have issues with noise or traffic congestion. We actually never heard any planes (although it was very foggy, so I am not sure that they were flying!). The only issue I found with the hotel is that it only offers breakfast and there are not any options for lunch or dinner within walking distance. We found this out upon arrival and had to go out later in the evening to get dinner. (Which wasn't easy to find). Overall we were very satisfied with this hotel and would recommend this to anyone!!

I would definitely go back. I would not rent a car though unless I needed it the first night as you can walk from the airport to the hotel.

“NOISY AIRPORT ACROSS THE STREET”

While the hotel staff was excellent, the proximity to the airport was too close. Noise from the airport woke us up every morning. Why would Marriott use this location when they could have built the hotel a couple blocks away from the airport and spared their customers the noise and inconvenience of a sleepless vacation? Not Impressed.

“Very nice place to stay!”

We stayed here twice over the last week. We were traveling from California to Portland. The Courtyard Medford was a great halfway point. We were traveling with our 2 small children. We were VERY happy with the hotel, service, and staff. Everyone was very friendly. I would absolutely stay here again!

“Always consistent”

I am so glad we have discovered Courtyard by Marriott. Each one has been, clean, modern and well cared for. The room space is generous and the staff pleasant and helpful. At this stay in Medford, they were exceptionally helpful with solid dining selections complete with printed driving directions. If you are a "walker" you easily could walk from the hotel to the airport with wheeled luggage. A excellent value & I would stay here again.

“I Give It 5 Stars”

My husband and I stayed at the Medford Airport Courtyard for four nights and five days. The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk was very helpful with our questions. Both the housekeeping staff and front desk staff were always pleasant, and spoke everytime they saw us. It was truely a delight to stay at this hotel. Airport?? We didn't even realize it, never heard a plane the entire time we were there.

“Excellent location”

This is the BEST location if you are flying in or out of Medford and have one of those impossible early AM flights... or the extra late flight coming in. The staff will drive you to your favorite Medford Restaurant. This is a plus. The rooms are great. Very sleepable beds.
