Very reasonably priced, clean, nice.Posted Feb 11, 2015
Pros: Price and comfort
Cons: BREAKFAST! Unless you like pancake thin unfrozen waffles with margarine.
Location: Good, easy access in South Ashland. Find your own things to do. Like, take her with you! I didn't.
I slept, watched TV and had a pretty ... less than ordinary breakfast.

Great value for the location. If you have business at SOU, you can't beat it. Good breakfast as well.

Location: close to restuarants, college and downtown area but not too close
unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short by a night and day due to illness, but as per usual the staff was great, room clean and price right

Great room for the $$Posted Feb 8, 2015
Location: Incredible sandwiches at the Samich shop right next door.
We have stayed here on 5 separate occasions and every stay has been great. The staff were helpful and polite, the rooms are inexpensive, clean, and quiet. Breakfast is more than adequate with biscuits & gravy, boiled eggs, cereal, toast, muffins, bagels, fresh fruit, coffee and juice. From this location it's a nice walk or short drive to the downtown area and Lithia Park. Love Ashland.....we will be back!

Our experiencePosted Jan 26, 2015
Hotel was very clean and well priced. They provide continental breakfast which is great deal for what they charge. I will definitely stay there again.

Pros: Room was nice, a little cramped but it was nice.
Cons: Breakfast. Maybe order more for the weekend.
Location: Used this hotel just as a place to sleep on our way home from Ca, didn't do anything.
Hotel was nice. Room was nice. Only issue we had was their breakfast. We went about 45 minutes before it ended. They were almost out of everything. Completely out of the hard boiled eggs (sign was up), had 3 oatmeal packets, one white slice of bread, a few wheat, 1 plain bagel and few other kinds, and had only 2 oranges. Several people were complaining. I went and told the lady in the office and she said it was the weekend so he probably wasn't putting more out because they won't get a delivery until Monday. Someone did come in and put out a few more oranges out but that was it. If you advertise a free breakfast you should make sure there is food out until the time breakfast ends.

Keurig in our room!Posted Jan 6, 2015
Room was better than expected; clean, good quality toiletries, plenty of nice soft towels, comfy pillows and bed. Plus, you get the use of a Keurig machine in your room! Most importantly, the rate was extremely affordable.

Didn't know what to expect!Posted Dec 29, 2014
Pros: Location is across from the Southern Oregon University. Not far from downtown. Had some eateries relatively close to the hotel. Staff was friendly.
When I arrived at the hotel and did not get the king size bed; that first threw me off; I like the larger bed. Then to have to go around back, walk into the room from the parking spot right out front, was handy but of course I don't like walking right into the room from the ground floor; its a cleanliness thing. But overall the room was comfortable. Appeared to be clean. Felt clean other than walking on carpet that you just walked off the street was still not my preference. At home I take my shoes off when I enter the house. The hotel though, even with all that I wrote, was nice enough to probably stay there again when I am in the Ashland.
