“Charming Mountain Get-away”

A charming Mountain lodge with a very good restaurant. We were warmly welcomed. While outside the surroundings were rough, the room was pure luxury.

“Thank goodness, finally off the main road!!”

great place! off the main road! no freeway noise here. takes a bit of twisting road travel getting there but it is well worth it. Very well cared for. Everything you need in the cute and actually quite modern decorated rooms.

“Great cabin in the woods”

The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff was friendly, and accommodated our late arrival. No TV here, but they had games in the room, and they had a nice friendly bar in the main lodge area. We would definitely stay here again.

“Great Southern Oregon getaway.”

We were absolutely amazed with our experience here. This family owned and operated facility is rustic only in design, our room was beatifully designed and remodeled for a weekend getaway. We found the staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. Our room (L5) was awesome. The jetted tub and fireplace were a perfect accompaniment after a long day traveling. The restaurant served fresh meals that we enjoyed for both dinner and breakfasts. We will definitely be returning on our frequent future trips to southern Oregon. On a side note, this is not located within the husle and bustle of Ashland, rather a short trip into the mountains, with beautiful forests and views. Well worth the jaunt into the hills.

“Getaway time”

Green Springs Inn is lovely and charming. The drive up to it gives you spectacular views, but it is (to quote the Beatles) a long and winding road so if you get car sick, plan ahead. It's worth the dramamine.

“Stay among the first”

The only drawback to this inn is that it is 20 miles OUTSIDE of Ashland. It's great if you are going for a few days and want to get away, but not if you are just passing through as we were. The restaurant has great food - best sourdough pancakes I have ever eaten! The setting is magnificent among the Douglas fir trees.

“lovely wooded get away”

Lovely spot though surprised that it was so far from Ashland,Or given ashland addr. Loved the room but the toilet seat was loose and the jets on the jacuzzi were not all working.

“Remoteand Wonderful!”

(1) Be prepared. If coming from Ashland as I did, I recommend NOT doing it after dark. Terrible windy road with a steep cliff next to you. I was fortunate with a Full Moon, but had to go 25 MPH to be safe. Drive in the daylight and double or triple the time you think it should take to get there. (2) This inn is REMOTE = no wi-fi, no phones in the room, no TV in the room. In other words, if you want to cut yourself off from the outside world, this is the perfect place! (3) Room is very large and pleasant with a refrigerator, newer very nice decor, and very good bed/linens. You will sleep well here! (4) The restaraunt on the highway was very busy. Service and food excellent. You will enjoy breakfast! (5) A great place to stay on your way to Crater Lake (as I was). And if you haven't been to Crater Lake, just DO it. I was ther on the 4th of July and everyone was smiling ear-to-ear.
