“Cheap and Comfortable, I will stay again.”

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Portland from San Francisco. Though it looks a bit old, yet it is absolutely worth the money. The manager told me they are now renovating the hotel, therefore some facilities are not updated at the moment, but he customer service lady is very helpful trying to make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers.

“Perfectly Adequate”

The people at the front desk were polite and helpful, our king-bed suite was clean and roomy. Everything worked as it should...small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, coffee maker, sitting area and a large bathroom with a large bathtub and shower combo. The bed was comfortable and we didn't hear anyone in the rooms close by. We went to the breakfast room which had plenty of space for sitting and the food (bananas, cereals, muffins, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.) was adequate. The place is older but we were pleased with our 1 night stay.

“2 nights @ the Medford Inn”

Everything was fine regarding my 2-night stay at the Medford Inn AFTER they found my reservation (which took several minutes)! It turned out to be under the name of another person in our large family group that all stayed there that weekend. If the second clerk hadn't helped the first clerk find it, there might have been a real problem. No one was sure how this happened, but several in our group said that their reservations were also under that person's name and not their own. I see this as an Expedia issue and not the fault of the motel since we all made our reservations through Expedia.

“Satisfied with the Medford Inn”

At the time the Medford Inn was the cheapest hotel in Medford. I think I got more for my money then if I would have gone anywhere else.

“Nice place for the price”

The front office was not open at 6:45AM to get a cup of coffee. However, there were several fast food places next door to purchase some.

“NOT A PET FRIENDLY MOTEL”

The motel was ok, you get what you pay for. The lady at the desk was very frustrated with Expedia because this is NOT A PET FRIENDLY MOTEL. She said she has been trying to get Expedia to remove this info from the listing for almost 2 years. They only have 4 pet rooms and we fortunately were able to get the last one. The room was quiet because she didn't put anyone in the rooms next door or overhead. There was no street noise. The bed was fine. The floor lamp didn't work but the 2 desk lamps did. The heater under the window was quiet.
