Clean comfortable hotel

Nothing fancy, but very clean and it looked newer inside than out. We were very comfortable there.

Has a pool!

Posted Jul 7, 2014
Great little hotel for about $50. Nothing fancy but it was nice and quiet even with many softball tournament girls there. Staff was friendly. Nice pool to cool off in those hot days in Medford. Next to Winco and food. Easy to get on and off the freeway.

Rundown, but inexpensive

Posted Jun 30, 2014
Cons: Upkeep-- badly needs renovation
Very run down, holes in doors, generally old, broken stairs, etc. Very cheap and the staff was nice, though.

Motel Quality Lacking

Posted Jun 29, 2014
Cons: Customer service, locks on doors for security, working TV and internet service
Location: Located near stores and shoppes
Hotel room very musty. Hot water scalding and took awhile to get the cold water to work. The TV did not have a remote and when we walked to the front desk were told we had to wait for maintenance but maintenance never came so we had no access to TV at all. Internet was spotty at best with a 2 bar reception. Window in bathroom did not lock and was open to outside traffic. ( We were on 1st floor). Front door had no deadbolt just click lock. Front desk personnel were ok but would interrupt waiting on us to talk at full length with people on the phone instead of putting the phone on hold. Will not go back nor recommend.

you get what you pay for

had to request a move to another room. the first room had a terrible odor and was dingy. stained mattress etc. the room was located on the lower level close to a corner unit that was evidently rented as a full time residence for a lady and her two children. noisy and rude people to say the least. they at least moved us to another room, which was a great improvement. would not stay here again.

Don't bother!! This place is a dive.

Posted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: Nothing
Cons: A complete makeover.
Location: The location is loud and trashy.
This hotel is in a rough part of town. The manger was rude, he couldn't even crack a smile. The room stunk like cigarette must, even though it was supposedly non-smoking. The comforter looked like it was from the '80s. The carpets were disgusting. The air conditioner was broken (and filthy) They offered another room, but I was so grossed out I decided to hit the road and drive all the way home without a break. Don't bother trying to save money by staying here.

This place was horrible!!

Posted May 24, 2014
There was hair in the tub. There was no wifi or t.v. like there was no channels at all. Beds were very hard and rooms smelled funny. Had I known before booking the room....I would have just spent a little more to get some actual sleep.

Good quality at an affordable price

Really enjoyed staying here. Good location, very friendly and helpful hotel clerk, and the room was comfortable and clean. The only negative point was that the showerhead was the water saver kind that jets the water out so hard, it stings--especially in the face. Also, I'm only 5 ft 7 inches tall, and I was having to almost bend over backward to rinse my hair out. I wasn't able to make it to the continental breakfast, so missed out on that, but overall, I would go back to the Medford Inn again. Maybe just try a different room.
