“Lovely relaxing place”

The hotel is just far enough away from the hustle and flow of the central part of Main Street in Ashland, but close enough to walk to the attractions there. Very quiet area in back near the creek, and other outdoor areas are accessible from most rooms. Pleasant staff. Well organized.

The staff were thoughtful, helpful, and genuinely considerate of our needs. The weather had become an issue, and the people there helped us to access information as to road conditions. They were all nice people, and made us feel we were welcome. They were in no hurry, and gave us the time and assistance we needed. This is a fine hotel in all respects.

“Location, location”

This hotel is just a few blocks from the theater and many outstanding restaurants. The room was spacious. We enjoyed the cookies and milk after the theater and the breakfast (included) had a great selection of items.

“Wonderful Hotel”

This is my favorite hotel in Ashland - maybe one of my favorites anywhere. Very comfortable accommodations, very clean, too. Friendly staff. Great breakfast and yummy late night snacks! Great location - easy walk to plays and downtown shops and restaurants.

“A Unique and Wonderful Treasure”

We loved this hotel. The rooms were clean, had a very cool Shakespearean theme to them, and the bedding was very comfortable. They even had a pillow menu that you could look at and call the front desk to try any of their unique pillows! Very cool. They also had snacks out downstairs around 7pm, and milk and cookies (and PB&J sandwiches) at 10:00pm in the breakfast room downstairs. That was really neat. Their continental breakfast was wonderful, and went nice and late. They had the waffle makers, where you can make your own waffles, plus a carafe of strawberries to pour on them! Such a gem. The grounds were private, well maintained, and within walking distance to downtown shops (even for a pregnant lady!). We really wanted to stay here again on our way back up from our destination, but they were booked. I would definately make this my first choice for staying in Ashland again!

“I'll be back”

The about Plaza Inn and Suites at Ashland Creek is a wonderful place. I've stayed there before with my wife as we attended some of the Shakepeare plays but this time I was on business. The clerk at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful as she assisted with my choice of a restaurant for dinner. The room was clean and well appointed and there was a Cherry tree in bloom directly in front of the sliding glass door to my deck. They offer a nice breakfast in the morning and cookies and coffee at 10:30 for guests returning from the theater. A first class hotel in Ashland. I'll be sure to return there on my next trip.
