Awesome pool.

Pros: Pool and the area around it.
This hotel was great, lots of space around the pool for adults to hang out while kids play in the pool. Some parts of the hotel are a little run down, but it appeared clean and very comfortable.

Pros: Clean, quiet, pet friendly room, easily accessible. Professional, courteous, friendly staff
Location: Easy to access from freeway. Close to shopping mall, restaurants.
Booked our stay online with Expedia. Happy to have been assigned the type of room for which I asked. Staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and quiet, easy to access with our large dog. It was great to have a good breakfast the next morning before we left to come home. Would have liked to stay and visit the area. Would like to have taken advantage of the pool area--no time.

Cons: You Name It - it could use serious updating.
Eww. EWW! Upon pulling up to the property I KNEW I had made a mistake in booking the room ahead of time. The Fitness Room looked ok, but the rest of the property could use some SERIOUS updates. The room was dirty - stains on the carpet and the bedspread. there were sticky cup rings on the dresser, nightstand and table so we KNEW it wasn't cleaned properly - thank heaven for Clorox wipes! The bathroom ceiling had all sorts of gross finger prints and smears on it, and the area around the tissue roll was soiled. the mirror was dirty - not just streaked - dirty with spittle marks on it. Boyfriend was stoked about the waffle bar, but, by that point I had lost my appetite. so...yeah. EWW!

Our experience there at the Ramada was ok and pleasing. I found out that I could have gotten room cheater if I used my AARP card instead of going through you. It was $10 cheaper.

I did not like the hotel , and it's ambience . hotel does not have proper marked entrance , no elevator and no wifi connectivity in corner room .

Pros: location to highway and restaurants for dinner and grocery store for the following day's drive.
Cons: it's too bad the pool was not open - it was being repainted. It was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel.
Location: restaurants, grocery stores and access to I-5
Good place to stay on our trip to Disneyland. It is right beside the Food 4 Less so next time I wouldn't worry about packing food. It has a fridge and microwave in the room so that made it really convenient to keep and prepare sandwiches for the following day and with the free breakfast starting at 6am we were able to get on the road pretty early.

Wouldn't stay here again

The pool was closed for maintenance and we were not told this when we made our reservation. I would have stayed somewhere else for the price. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. I kept the "do not disturb" sign on my door when I went to load things into my car, but when I came back they were stripping my room. This was at 9am and checkout was not until noon. Overall pretty disappointing.

Pet friendly. Felt safe while traveling alone. A little difficult to access the first time but found it convenient and close to food and to the Chevron we always stop at when traveling. A good choice.

A great quick stop in Medford!

We were only there for one night. The bed was wonderful!! It had a mini firdge and microwave. The only thing I had a small issue was the bathroom was tiny and I am larger than most. The breakfast was awesome!

No hot water for shower on Sat

Room fine, clean, what I expected. but on Sat. morning no hot water, on check out when I told the desk, they were a little short and said they were aware and working on it.
