Needs improvementPosted Aug 17, 2014
Checking in took >15 minutes due to a single person running the front desk. Between incoming calls and the line of people trying to check-in, she was clearly overwhelmed. This was after 9PM on a Thursday night, so not exactly the rush period. Another guest complained that her room had neither toilet paper nor the little rod to hold it in place. She was given a roll to get by, but no other help. Doesn't reflect well on the how the rooms are serviced. The hotel location is between the freeway and a fairly busy street. Lots of car noise audible while trying to sleep. The room itself was small but serviceable, and did not lack toilet paper.

Shabby Chic with emphasis on ShabbyPosted Aug 17, 2014
Very turned off when walking down long dark hall way to our room. Looked like some upgrades had been made, but most of the decor was decades old. Only two thin towels in a room with two queen beds, an older TV with very poor reception, and sheets which didn't fit the beds. My mattress was completely exposed by morning. Everything in town was booked up or we would have moved on. The room had old-fashioned keys and no dead bolt. Clean... even saw someone sweeping the parking lot in the morning, but no-frills.

Our beds were spongy. Every time my partner moved, it disturbed me. I am a very sound sleeper.

If you are passing through and need to rest this is the perfect spot at a great price. Wifi was excellent and the rooms were not bad.

great place to stay if you need to catch a planePosted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: staff and location
Location: some reasonable places to eat nearby and a lot of shopping nearby. close to airport.
This is a basic motel, in the middle of a busy intersection, but overall clean and staff pleasant. Close to eating and shopping. They have a nice deal where if you are going on a plane trip they let you leave your car in their lot for up to two weeks for $10 and they give you a taxi ride to and from the airport, which is about 5 minutes away by taxi.

I feel I got what I paid forPosted Jul 18, 2014
A nice clean room, everything worked, quiet. When the AC croaked? I was moved right across the hallway chop-chop. Frige keeped the beer cold. No skimpy shower head, lots of water. (in both rooms) The free breafast was nice and plenty of it. Good coffee It was just what I wanted at the price I wanted. At the location I wanted. I could get to the airport in 15 min. On the highway to Grants Pass North or parts south quickly. Or main Street Medford like right now I'll use it again on my next trip.
