clean, comfortable, and charmingPosted Jan 20, 2013
Pros: Rooms have individual character. Not a cookie cutter.
Location: Excellent. Easy freeway access near downtown.
Motel is very clean and neat both inside and out. The room we stayed in was charming and comfortable. Bathroom is a little cramped, but adequate for 2 people.

Quaint.Posted Oct 15, 2012
Pros: The room decor.
Cons: The staff.
Very nice. The room was cozy and didn't remind you of a motel. The one time we saw the person at check in he only spoke 2 words to us, and no one was around in the morning when we checked out, but the room was very nice. The breakfast was only packaged rolls, bagels, coffee and water.

Interesting decor, not plain white. We like the hominess of the room.

good place to stayPosted Sep 11, 2012
Pros: clean, homey feel reasonably priced
Location: good location for what we were doing.
was a very nice clean motel inside and out. homey decorations. Quiet, comfortable bed. Manager even upgraded us at the lower price, so got a king size bed for a queen size bed price....very greatful for that...thanks.

Very satisfactoryPosted Sep 1, 2012
Pros: Bed was nice
Location: Close to restaurants and freeway and I like it .
Bed was good and relative solid. Shower and spray of shower good. TV reception good. Manager and his daughter were helpful and efficient. Location was in the middle of several restaurant and in proximity of highway 5. The only negative was thre carpet was fairly beat and could be replaced. Place was okay. Breakfast was to be served at 7am and we departed at 6am so if it is possible an earlier breakfast might be nice.

Clean, kind and convenientPosted Jul 22, 2012
Pros: Cute rooms that include quilts on the beds. Nice touch for a basic, budget hotel!
Cons: Room was small but well appointed.
Location: On one of two main streets in town. Easy to find and you can walk to restaurants.
Small rooms but fine for a short stay. Very welcoming front desk person. Refrigerator, microwave and free internet in room...all good!

Word up your mom and pop hotel.Posted Jul 11, 2012
Break free from the corporate monotony. Stay at the Sea Breeze. It was clean and that's all that really matters. But in terms of things that don't really matter...the dude who owns or runs the place was unfriendly. A cold and creepy sort. And the street lights in the parking lot made a loudazz buzzing sound. Ya heard? It's also across from a Dairy Queen for cheap decent food. And it's a block away from a family owned coffee joint.

Is fine.Posted Jun 10, 2012
Pros: Affordable, colorful, not generic.
Cons: Hair on the sheets
Location: Centrally located. Easy to get to everything including freeway.
It was cheap and that is what I needed. The only thing that bothered me is that there was hair on the sheets when I pulled the covers back. They did look clean and the hair may have come from the laundry. But I can't afford expensive motels so it works for me. I would stay again.

A sweet price for a sweet breeze.Posted Jun 8, 2012
Pros: Very clean and efficient housekeeping.
Cons: Parking lot is brightly lit and this came through to our room. We would recommend a blackout shade in addition to the blinds.
Location: Easy access to freeway and downtown Grants Pass. Plenty of restaurants and other services nearby.
The directions to the hotel were very clear. Check-in and check-out very easy. The room was obviously decorated by someone who cares about creating a comfortable setting. The room was small and cozy, just like promised, although the closet space is a bit too small for any kind of suitcase storage. Unfortunately, the dresser drawers were completely non-functional; but they were attractive. Too bad they didn't actually work (the steal guides were mismatched and served no purpose whatsoever). The continental breakfast is fine for someone not interested in anything healthy (they serve bagels, English muffins and Sunny Delite, and assorted packaged pastries). Coffee service is adequate, although there are numerous coffee shops within an arm's length of the hotel.
