Nice room, the rest was ok tooPosted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Lots of parking, water in lobby, nice room
Cons: Fix deficiencies in bathroom, more selection at breakfast
Location: Tim's across the street, London drugs, michaels, etc
Wifi worked but was weak and intermittent on 1 of 2 devices 3/5; breakfast was sufficient but nothing more 2/5; the front desk lady in the evening was friendly and helpful 5/5; the daytime lady was businesslike but not personable 3/5; bed was soft- but a bit too much 4/5; bathroom was updated but cramped and seemed to have been done by a careless contractor in a hurry 3/5

Not worth it for the valuePosted Aug 18, 2014
Two busy night clubs close by. Not great parking. For the money i would stay east at one of the new ones.

Most comfortable hotel bed EVER!!!Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: The bed and the continental breakfast location
Cons: Bathrooms are a tad cramped, could be much improved with sliding pocket doors.
Location: Near a drug store, Tim Horton's, night club attached to the building.
At the tail end of a long road trip, we decided Medicine Hat would be where we would be calling it quits for the day. We booked this hotel on a whim just a few hours prior via Expedia - I loved the photos and it was within the budget. The lady that checked us in was very nice, as were the day staff that we dealt with. While our time there was short, the bed was by far and away the most comfortable of any hotel bed I have experienced!! The rooms are charming and well laid out. I loved that our TV was hung from the ceiling - much more comfortable to watch from in bed than craning your neck to see it from foot-level on a short dresser like the hotel we had been in previously! The cherry on top for me was that their continental breakfast (the usual - muffins, bagels, French toast, fruit salad, yogurt, cereal, etc) is served on a balcony that runs around the perimeter of the lobby, up against the windows. Very beautiful! I would definitely stay here again, and am hoping that they will open up more locations!

Very nice hotel close to shopping and night clubsPosted Aug 7, 2014
Pros: convenience and comfort
Cons: a pool would be nice
Location: there is a strip mall right across the street with everything you need and it's directly beside a night club
Had an awesome stay here for a reasonable rate. The front desk was new so she was a little slow but understandable. Breakfast was good the room was perfect. It is right beside my favourite club Temptations and for being right beside a night club we had no noise.

Good for a nightPosted Jul 28, 2014
As we were passing through Medicine Hat, we stopped for the night at this hotel; the room was smelly, hotel outdated. I would only go back if no better place is available.

Medicine hatPosted Jul 18, 2014
An average hotel, dated room style, clean, staff can be helpful at times, bar was closed, close to other restaurants

Disappointing for a "Coast"Posted May 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
Not what I expected for a Coast Hotel. Very much a step back into the 70's or 80's. Rooms are not business friendly, although good WiFi. Would only stay here again in a pinch.
