Good value for Money

At the arrival the receptionist was very nice and efficient. The room nothing luxury but spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning is a little noisy. The breakfast was better than expected...

Newer hotel - Great location

Pros: Location. Spacious Room.
Cons: I like to see complimentary water bottle(s) in hotel room. Complimentary breakfast could offer more selection.
Location: Brooks is a smaller place with not a lot of "things" to do. However, this hotel is in an excellent location close to highway and restaurants.
First time staying here for one night. Had king bed. Spacious room. Close to restaurants - next door to Boston Pizza, Wendys and Tim Hortons. 2 minute drive to grocery store and a Wal-Mart. Free breakfast was average - nothing special. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Failed to adequately address issues

Could not sleep from drunk, irate and fighting couple. Called multiple times but kept hearing loud outbursts the rest of the night despite earplugs! Left a tip and card out to change the sheets but they were not changed and the tip was taken.

Terrible

Pros: Location.
Cons: Friendly staff. Terrible attitude.
Unfriendly hotel staff. Breakfast was not even any better. Disappointed with the hotel and expedia as well they sold me the hotel which is higher than counter price. Price match guarantee and other things are just marketing stunt not sincere attempt to give best service to customer.

Pros: Location is excellent
Cons: Nothing I can see now
Location: Tim's beside hotel and Boston Pizza on other side
Thought this hotel was newly built - when chatted to clerk she informed me it is eight years old - wow! Looks and felt new - or at the very least recently renovated :) Clean and neat room with very spotless bathroom and everything worked!

Went over and beyond at Ramada!

Besides the beds being a little uncomfortable the stay was awesome!! The room was ready early, they had free cookies, popcorn, free cabbage rolls and mashed potatoes as well as butter tarts. They didn't kick us out of the pool until almost 10:30 when it closed at 10. The next morning checkout was fast and eggs and bacon free for breakfast. Great stay!!!

Excellent facilities, poor customer service

Pros: Great location right off highway, close proximity to restaurants, large guestrooms, clean
Cons: The customer service was lacking. Never even got a smile from a single employee and always felt we were wasting their time
Location: Location is right off the highway and on one side of the hotel is a Tim Hortons with a Boston Pizza on the other side.
We were in town just for one night to visit family in the area and found the hotel facilities to be very nice. The hotel was located just off the highway which made it very easy and convenient when coming and going from the Brooks area. The hotel was modern and clean and offered a continental breakfast in the morning. They also had a pool are but unfortunately we did not get the chance to experience the pool facilities due to the short visit. One negative about the facilities was the strong perfume smell in the rooms which could have been from the cleaners used or air fresheners. The main drawback with this property though was the complete lack of customer service from the hotel staff. From check-in to check-out we encountered a few employees including front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast staff and not only did we not get a single kind word or smile, it almost felt like we were wasting their time just by being there. As someone who actually works in the front office of a hotel I was taken aback by the cold attitude and behaviour of the staff. Completely unacceptable. I would stay there again due to the location and facilities but I hope management can find ways to improve the lacking customer service to make it an all around positive experience for the future.
