Hi Mark, we're so sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay. I'm surprised you had difficulty with the WiFi at the apartments, it is NBN and is generally reliable, we seldom have reports of issues, but may have been a supplier outage of some sort. We will have maintenance check. I do apologise if any maintenance work was disturbing. Please be assured all photos online are of our exact apartments - we fully redecorated all apartments in 2021, and new furniture too in all apartments. We are glad you found your apartment clean, and enjoyed our great location. I apologise if it did not meet expectations in other areas. We thank you for choosing to stay with us, and wish you all the best.

Hi Cheryl, thank you so much for your kind review, we're really glad you enjoyed staying with us. Our reception is around 7-8 minutes walk from the apartments, unfortunately the apartments are too small to have a full reception desk on their own. This enables us to provide full reception services, which most serviced apartments don't have, so many of our guests find this higher level of service to be a good bonus. Hi Allan, Thank you for your recent stay and review. We are sorry to hear the apartments got a bit too warm. We understand Melbourne's summers can be unbearable without properly functioning AC. We are currently looking into this issue at the moment and hopefully will have this rectified before your next stay.
