Nice hotel close to shops and tramsPosted Jul 13, 2015
Everyone was most helpful. We had a kitchenette and with a supermarket over the road it was most convenient. Trams were at the front door and there were plenty of cafes and shops that were an easy walk. Weather was terrible but we always felt warm in the hotel.

Lovely hotel, best bed I've ever slept in! The rooms are homely and the hotel facilities are amazing. The restaurant adds even more class with a beautiful breakfast menu.

Loved itPosted May 3, 2015
I had an event at this hotel so stayed here for convenience the night before. It was a great place, very comfortable and clean. Lovely breakfast in the morning too. I also had lunch here the following day and it was wonderful too. Parking was easy. Nothing to fault. Would recommend this place and would stay here again any day.

Great locationPosted Apr 28, 2015 on Wotif
Pros: Great location, friendly down to earth staff, great swimming pool though around the glass edges could do with a clean.
Cons: Room a little tired, check the small things, dust around the window, on the back of leather seat, tares in the laminate on the glass etc.
Location: Everything you could want is on your doorstep, entertainment, F&B, and easy access to the city on public transport.
While we were warned at reception before checking into our room about a cupboard door been loose, and that they would send up someone from maintenance to fix, it took him 45 mins it still wasn't sorted. Not the best way to start our family trip, though moving on everything else was okay for our overnight stay.

Do not charge for WIFIPosted Apr 26, 2015 on Hotels
The room was lovely. Pity the large mirror in the main room had fingerprints on it. Also it would be an advantage to wipe the cupboard doors/drawers down every so often as there were drips and marks. The decor is beautiful. It's a pity the little things let The Olsen down. The charge for WIFI is so out of date....really do not charge this fee!! The $3 charge for room service is pathetic.....incorporate it in the menu price list! The staff are all friendly and helpful and the hotel is fun and luxurious but it's the silly little costs that annoy !!

Great location, great view. Happening place without being frenetic. Lots of nice quirky touches.
