“Relatively convenient to airport”

I stayed at this hotel as I had a very early flight and didn't want to chance being caught in traffic coming from downtown Melbourne. This hotel was a little further than I expected from the aiport but with the free shuttle it was an easy ride over in the morning. Met my needs and I will stay there again if faced with a similar early flight.

Fast and friendly airport pick-up and drop off. Fast and friendly hotel staff. Room was very nice, wish it would of had a microwave. Strong and powerful shower was great after an international flight. Hotel is in a quiet and secluded area, did not use but had a very nice outdoor pool.

“Melbourne 2010”

The front desk was most helpful in arranging airport transportation and answering our many questions. Our room was well situated considering my sister's handicapped condition. The restaurant was a disappointment for dinner but breakfast was superb. A great location if you flying in or out of Melbourne.

“Good for airport transfers”

We needed an overnight between International Flights. Shuttle service was prompt. Restaurant was good. Room was comfortable. These were important for our purposes. Room was a little "dark" that was why I didn't rate it "5" but should be noted that was inconsequential to our use of it.

“Great!!”

It was great!!! Right from the free airport shuttle that will take you to the hotel and even drop you off at a local shopping area or restaurant. I ordered room service and had the best bruschetta!! It was delicious! I went to the pool but it was a little dirty and the wifi was spotty in the room but worked great poolside.

“Great place to stay and close!”

The food was very good. Had free internet which was one of the reasons I picked it. The shuttle guys were very helpful and fairly quick to get us to and from the airport. The room was very clean and comfy. The staff were very freindly and helpful to point out places to go and do. The only thing was we were put the far end of the hotel. Could be this is where they put folks that buy from this web site. Not that far but with heavy suitcases!!! But over all, we liked the hotel and the staff.

Very nice and clean. The food was very good. The front office staff were very helpful in telling us how to get around the city without a car. The shuttle bus was very good.

Better than we expected at a reasonable price. Room was spacious and well appointed. 15 minutes to the airport. Helpful courteous staff.

Pleasant stay, nice an quite. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Especially the Duty manager. He above and beyond.
