They are amazing, understand your needs and go out of their way to do anything for you that they can to assist in the enjoyment of your stay. As a bonus the accommodation is right beside a tram stop, and in close walking distance ...
Stayed here for 2 nights recently and was very impressed. ;Have stayed at the Blackman before so knew Art Series do it well. Great central location across from Prahran Market. Staff very helpful and courteous. Rooms well appointed and clean.

From the moment of check-in the staff w eg out of their way to help me. The service is truly outstanding and very warm and personable
