Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Suger Café - Open breakfast, lunch and early dinner you will be served scrumptious Genovese coffee and mouthwatering treats by friendly baristas and wait staff who can not only fill that hole in your tummy (or gap in your schedule) but can also point you in the right direction for what’s on in the local St Kilda area. Treat them like your personal little black books – they’ve got the info!
Suger Bar - Open evenings, this little nook is a bar with a heart perfect for cosy one on ones and getting yourself in the mood for your night ahead. It also makes a great space for private parties but you’ll need to book if you want to snap it up (make this a booking link).
Curious Restaurant - Open for breakfast only, Curious restaurant has been touted as having the best breakfast in St Kilda by many locals (we’re not bragging, just passing on the message so you don’t miss out).
Room Service - Our in-room dining menu is available from 6.30am - 10pm on weekdays and 7am - 10pm on weekends.
Entertainment
Once you reach the hotel, you will find a Fitzroy street tram stop right outside our doorstep just waiting to take you to a variety of Melbourne destinations including theatres, galleries and sporting venues.

You'll find there are a myriad of things to do in hip and happening St Kilda. Surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafes, we're only a short stroll from the beach, Luna Park, the George Cinema and the historic St Kilda Sea Baths (which you'll receive free passes to!) Experience funky Acland Street's boutique stores and iconic cake shops, the Esplanade market, wander down the St Kilda Pier, or chill out in the gorgeous Catani Botanic Gardens. The Alfred Hospital is conveniently located only 3km from the hotel.

Good value for money, comfortable bed (and nice linen), good standard of cleanliness Breakfast a bit ordinary
“Good hotel, but a bit noisy”
No complaints at all with the Hotel location, staff, or facilities. Only real issue was noise level in the rooms. The doors don't block much noise at all, as it seemed we could hear everything that was going on along the entire hallway that our room was located on. Also had a bit of noise from the street. It wasn't really a problem that kept us from sleeping at night, but it was a bit distracting to hear every conversation that anyone had while they were walking down the hallway outside our room. As I said, though, the location is very good -- close to lots of good restaurants and shops in St. Kilda, and right on the trolley line that takes you straight into downtown Melbourne. And the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
“Very nice, but pricey”
This hotel is in a nice location, close to the pier, many restaurants and bars. The price of the room and breakfast was quite pricey. You might want to look around for some other options.
