We do NOT recommend this hotel. The staff were very unfriendly and inefficient. The receptionist was the rudest people I have met in my entire trip in the friendly country of Australia. Moreover, there isn’t a self-check out box that allows people to drop their access cards. Long queues all the time. Make sure you leave enough time if you are in a hurry. Also, the hotel location is really bad. It is 30 minutes away from the drop off location of the airport sky bus, which appeared to be the only public transportation from the airport. Even the closest tram station required a 15-minute walk (with heavy suitcases), and there was only a tram once every 20 minutes. Rooms are not small but very noisy. We could hear the sound of coffee cups and spoons from the room next door every morning. I was expecting more from the Ibis group but this is just disappointing.
