Pros: Location, very quiet and away form the city hustle and bustle
Cons: 24 hour reception plus no one available for early morning checking out
Location: Location, very quiet and away form the city hustle and bustle
Convenient for a first timer. However I could not receive my room deposit refund as there was no one to attend to me when checking out early morning promoting us to make alternative arrangement to get the refund.

Close to cityPosted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: It is in a good quiet area. Feels safe. Had carpark. Free wifi.
Cons: Would have been nice to open a window.
Location: Has couple of shops nearby - groceries, coffee, restaurant. Short walk to Fitzroy gardens, stroll through to end where you can catch free tram.
Comfortable room with small kitchen. Had to walk upstairs to 2nd floor, but we knew that. Staff friendly and helpful. We would/will stay there again. Handy for trains, trams to city. Easy walk to MCG and parks. Car park available during our stay.

KnightsbridgePosted Mar 17, 2014
Pros: Location of the hotel was good.
Cons: Honesty on webpage regarding the "king" bed. Cleanliness of room.
Location: Good public transport, great suburb and near everything in the city.
I was not impressed by my stay at Knightsbridge. The king bed was two single beds pushed together. The shower was made for a much shorter person than me. There was food smeared on both blankets, left over from previous guests, and the bathroom was not cleaned well. Neither bedside lamp worked and the fridge started leaking.

Good location, good internet, good kitchen...Posted Jan 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
Good internet, nice location. Tiny bath, fixed shower head is too low, very difficult to get the temperature of the shower good. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils. Bed was comfy enough. Could be amazing, but then it would be twice the price.

I regret to say that I was disappointed with my stay at the Knightsbridge Apartments. Although the staff were nice and the location is great, there is very little else to recommend it. The room had an unpleasant odour and had clearly seen better days. There were stains on the carpets, the bathroom fixtures were old and worn and the towels in the bathroom were stained. For the price I paid I wasn't expecting a great deal but it was a generally unpleasant place to be and I regretted making the booking.

Simple and NeatPosted Oct 15, 2013
Pros: Location and simplicity
Cons: I would have liked a large bath
Location: Cafes and shops all easy walking distance Visit Captain Cooks house
Booked the appartments because they said they had a bath, turned out to be more like a large sink. Got skybus to door which is a great service Welcoming friendly and helpful staff greeted us. Walked to MCG Great bakery and cafe down the road Beds were made and even the dishes were done when we returned from our outting Loved it despite the tiny tub

Old and run downPosted Oct 8, 2013 on Hotels.com
Completely disgusted by this hotel. The shower head would not stay up, you had to "climb" into the shower, The entire hotel needs a face lift. Would not recommend it to anyone and I am in the industry and will not be recommending it to any of my clients. It was OLD and very RUN down
