Pros: atmosphere, staff breakfast
Cons: wifi, bathroom update
Location: love to stay there, so you can walk into the city
stayed here many times. staff lovely, breakfast good always clean and comfortable. had trouble with wifi this time. would recommend to others. not fancy , but always have a great stay

Location: MCGがすぐそばにあり、トラムのFREE ZONEからも歩ける距離で便利。
営業時間内でもスタッフがいないことが多く、チェックイン時は要注意。 free wifiと言っておきながら、常時接続できるわけではない。 朝食のスタート時間が遅く、朝早くから動く人は食べられないかも。 バスタオルなどは毎日交換されるわけではない。 バスルームを掃除していない日も、ごみを捨てていない日もあった。 価格とサービスが合わないと感じた。

Pros: Close to MCG, Jolimont station and tram stop
Cons: Rooms delivered as ordered. Parking room as advertised, Rooms look old and need attention. Lift installed for elderly and impaired.

No parking as advertised. Room booked included 1 x double and 1 x single for child however upon arrival the room had only 1 double. Cushions made up on the floor in the living area while we were out acted as the single bed. Apart from not actually being "a bed", it decreased the already restricted room for movement making a small room tiny. Will most definately

Not a hotel

Cons: Be honest about ammenities. Clean the rooms.
This is a boarding house, not a hotel. And not a nice one. We showed up at 7:35 pm and the receptionist was leaving for the night, even though they say you can check in up to 8:00 pm. He sent me an email telling me how to get in, but I couldn't have read it without getting on the Internet in the hotel. He was going to leave us stranded! Totally unacceptable! As he showed us the required knowledge about the hotel he seemed very impatient and wanted to leave. They offer free off-street parking, but none was available when we arrived. So I had to keep going out to move my car until 10 pm to avoid tickets. There are o nly 4 parking spots, and those lucky guests have to coordinate coming and leaving because the last 2 spaces block the first 2. Absurd! Expedia should not let them claim to have free parking. The room was filthy, ridiculously small, and the Internet only intermittently reached our room. The heater took about 15 minutes before any heat came out, and then it blew straight down onto the pillow of one bed. BTW, that pillow reeked of someone else's drool. The only good thing to say is that they had an OK free breakfast. We had planned to stay 2 nights but checked out after one because of their dishonesty.

Firstly it was part of the Skybus free hotel transfer from Southern Cross Station,which meant from the airport to the hotel was only £10 per person. The reception staff were always very helpful. The breakfast was not extensive,but as it was included in the price it was fine. The free wi-fi always seemed to work. It was within walking distance of the big stadiums, the MCG,AMII,Westpac,and the Rod Laver Arena. There was a tram stop 2 blocks away which took you into the city centre in 5 minutes. All in all it was an excellent find.

The property overall is in very average condition, reasonably clean, distance from cbd is ok, next time would probley spend a little more and get something better.
