More than a airport hotel

Pros: Staff Breakfast Rooms
Cons: Bar being kept open longer
Location: Next to airport and car hire....so easy to access
Top of list is great staff and very accommodating. Rooms are big and easy access. Breakfast was a nice start to the day...better than the average.

Great Hotel perfect choice

Was so convenient and easy to find even after a long flight, arriving late at night and by myself. Check in was quick and easy. Room wonderful with everything needed. Bathroom with separate bath and shower ideal. I would recommend it without question.

Leises Hotel neben dem Flughafen.

Pros: Nähe zum Flughafen und trotzdem leise.
Cons: Günstiger anbieten vor allem das Frühstück.
Sehr ruhige Nacht, komfortables Zimmer. Schönes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne.

Great staff. Easy walk from terminal. Old dated rooms. Air con not adequate to cool room.

Convenience was our primary concern

Pros: Location and staff
Cons: Cleanliness and attractive un-damaged furniture are paramount. "REPLACE" All Cooked food should be "Hot" and served on warm plates. Hot drinks

Furniture in rooms very tatty, Stains in carpets (a lot) A wheel had fallen of one of the beds in the room.Shower in bathroom scrappy. Basically in a hotel of this level , attention to the details are paramount. Breakfast in the mornings was a visual stimulation,very well presented with attentive and helpful staff,however the cooked food was only warm , unless it was toast. The pots of tea on both mornings where only warm.

nice hotel very close to checkin at airport

Pros: Everything was near airport, gpfacilities clean and tidy and staff very friendly.
Cons: Nothing, for a one night overnight stay it was perfect.
Location: 100 yards from checkin for airport made it ideal
Just a brief overnight stay in transit to HK. facilities clean and tidy. Food and beverage facilities very good with warm and attentive staffing. Checkin and check out was smooth and easy.

Stop over

An excellent hotel where the room was clean and quiet. We ate in the hotel restaurant well. However our stay was marred by the closure of the swimming pool which had not been flagged up on the booking site and by a noisy fan that came on periodically during the night. we were in room 906. The management should look into this.
