Such a great place and so close to Chapel Street. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size, bed is extremely comfy, internet connection excellent, and all the mod cons you need in the kitchen. Loved the super sized shower head!!

Good location. Easily walkable from the South Yarra train station and plenty of shops and restaurants near by. The exterior and communal spaces are neat and tidy. The studio room we stayed in (d23) is in dire need of a refresh and some repairs though, in general it has a modern look but the oven looks like it's from the 80's and the rangehood filters are falling apart. There is a broken part of the stone bench in front of the sink held in place by electrical tape. The shower (although has new fixtures) needs to be gutted and re tiled as the tile paint used over the old ones is now peeling and wearing away. There is also mould on the ceiling above. Wifi constantly dropped out and we couldn't access Chromecast for our room. The staff were great though; friendly and helpful when our door keys stopped working. Overall okay, more so for the location than the quality of the accom itself.

Take your dog to Melb! Our dog (and us!) had a blast. We were worried taking our Dog to the city but was a great decision. Lovely apartment with a patio and owners are so accomodating

Friendly and efficient staff member at check in. Great location, close to South Yarra train station - easy access to get into Melbourne. Suitable size unit with kitchen facilities.

Aside from needing to wait for check in which I recommend you phone ahead so there is someone at reception, the property and stay was great. I stayed with my pup, and there was plenty of room for him, although word of warning to check what’s out there in the courtyard. I found some pins and broken ceramics. Amenities were plentiful. I didn’t use the kitchen since there were so many great options within walking distance! Parking was not too difficult during weekends. Friendly staff and I had a great time staying here!

the only thing i liked about the apartment was the location. as for everything else i was very disappointed, cleanliness ( shower was stained and wasn’t clean like in the photos ) the walls were bessa bricks and paint job was rubbish. The wall art was falling off. The price they charged for that room was unreasonable. when i showed up and expressed how i felt they just said they can put me in a better room for more of a cost. I just wanted a clean room.

Great location. The apartments will be brilliant once they have been renovated. Apart from old carpet, peeling paint and loose cupboard doors the apartment is great.

These are small, old and very tired apartments that look more like public housing than a hotel. Certainly nothing like the picture. This is not at all up to standard.

The property was all fine. The downside was a terrible terrible domestic dispute in the room next door which the police were called to. In the confusion while talking to police I got locked out of my room and it took many hours and multiple attempts for security to find a spare key to my room.
