Very pleasant and helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Both of these things made the stay very comfortable indeed. Close to Lygon Street and City and plenty of transport near by.

Quality hotel at a reasonable price. Hotel staff were friendly and always helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended as location was convenient as well.

Value for money, without to many bells and whistles, but good clean accom. Location is great and off street parking at no additional cost a bonus.

The taps in the shower leaked after use and while the staff looked at the problem and attempted to fix it, they still did not stop the leak completely.

Hotel is well located - lots of restaurants nearby in Lygon Street, a few blocks in westerly direction to very frequent tram services. Surprisingly short walk into the city centre - La Trobe Street has the free city circle tram service (starts 10am). Helpful hotel desk staff, good breakfast. Same background music tape played constantly was irritating. Better than being located right in the middle of the central business distict as it is rather quieter and less frenetic. would stay there again if visiting Melbourne.

Friendly efficient staff that were very attentive to my needs travelling with a baby. Without even having to ask, I was advised that my room was located as requested away from the main road. Easy to navigate with a pram too! Saw lots of other guests staying with small children, so it looks like it is a family favourite for many others too! Great location.

Like the large bathroom concept. Great location. Internet service is overpriced and very clumbsy to operate.
