It did the job for what we needed, was mostly clean (shower had some mold and dust fell out of the exhaust fan every time you turned it on). Needs a good refurbishment to be honest, carpets are frayed plus a few other things that need attending to.

Convenient location but outdated
Accomodation was comfortable but very underwhelming and outdated. Bath, shower, toilet setup was below average, the toilet has been added onto a cupboard and in the way of the shower. No point in having a TV in the bedroom as its basically useless. Otherwise the room was clean, convenient location and had everything that you would need.

Liked the property and the stay. Was convenient to our requirements. Staff were terrific. Only problem was the television didn't work or had aerial problems. Changed rooms where the tv worked better but still had problems. This was the only glitch in our stay.

Absolutely disgraceful. The apartment cleanliness was so far below standard I hardly have words. It was apparent on check-in it had not been properly cleaned (and for some time). Whilst the manager was very pleasant and did send someone to clean the oil from the wall and grime from the microwave , unfortunately the cleaning was not adequate as the apartment was so poorly kept throughout. The tiles were sticky, oil on backsplash, dirty inside microwave, marks and spills on walls throughout, dust, windows filthy, even visible dirty hand marks over the bed headboards. The bathroom was too awful to detail. When brought to Quest's attention I was offered an explanation about new domestic staff who were unsupervised and perhaps in a hurry on the day I checked in. I was charged the full price for the apartment for the duration of my stay. I have never been more appalled at the state of accomodation, and at that rate per night, I am utterly shocked.

I have stayed here many times due to visiting family and have never had any complaints in all areas. Staff from the Managers,check in and room attendants have always been pleasant and approachable and go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The property is clean and so close to shopping and restaurants. It actually does feel like it's home away from home. I have tried to stay at places closer to my family but find Quest Narre Warren way ahead and now don't even look at them. Thank you Quest for making another stay wonderful.

Great location only 20min walk to fountain gate shopping centre, and 10min walk to Casey CBD. There’s some maintenance issues that need to be sorted out in the rooms, but still clean, and was nice to have a kitchen in my room to cook breakfast etc. If I needed to be in this location again, I would probably stay here again.

Good location to Fountain Gate and Medical facilities in Berwick - perfectly half way. Wonderful reception team and welcome (shout out to Flo!). Bed was comfortable and despite being close to highway was very quiet.

I like this place. Its not deluxe, but it is definitely new enough, very comfortable, convenient, and clean. Small touches are nice too and giving you the ability to choose whether to go out or stop by the store and do it youself is great. A couple coffee pods to get you started each day, good kitchen facilities if you want to cook insead of order in, and a washer and dryer to keep your luggage size down. Showers are good,not great. But the pressure is good and they are defintiely enough to be satisfactory for any type of trip. Maybe not what I'd consider luxurious though. Beds are quite comfrotable. I definiitely look this place up each time I am in this area for work. Their rooms are consistent from stay to stay and of a very high standard, which is great..

The staff were fantastic. I was staying with my bridal party for my wedding, we checked in late so we had to wait until the morning to speak with reception about the toilet not working in our apartment. We were given another room immediately so we packed up and waited at the new apartment immediately as we had no time to spare having already started hair and make up for the day. Upon entering the room there was a strong unpleasant smell. As we unpacked and set up we discovered the master bedroom was were it was coming from. It smelt like vomit, the windows in the apartment were all open. It was like it had been cleaned up and vacuumed over and hopefully the smell would disappear. The bathrooms all had soaps in throughout and I opted to wait until I got home to shower as I felt extremely uncomfortable using the bathroom
