Brought 3 teenage girls to stay at the promenade. Great location as we really didn't need to leave the site as the crown has so much to offer. From great choices in food to great entertainment. Will defiantly recommend the crown complex.

The Loft in the Mill is an attractive building in the middle of a nice little village with the nicest managers we have net in many travels. Our room was lovely and had all of the utilities we needed, plus great linens, comfortable bed, microwave, toaster, and a fridge stocked with milk, bread, butter and such. Tea, coffee and cereal was on hand, too.
The receptionist and the owner were greatly helpful, telling us about local attractions, giving us discount coupons for local restaurants, finding maps, and researching local golf course possibilities. We were even helped with a hand drawn map to our next hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised with the facilities here. They are very lovely and dining experience was really great . Staff were so friendly and nothing was to much trouble.
Would stay again for sure. Good value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mansion on our recent trip down during the 2013 Avalon Air Show. The Hotel was so inviting and friendly. All of the staff from the front office (Cedric - the Guest Relations Manager - has to be special mentioned as he has gone above and beyond to try and help us find a lost camera to the point of calling on mobile and personally checking the room we stayed in!), restaurant and housekeeping were really friendly and seemed to take that extra bit of care and attention. The grounds are stunning and make you feel like you are walking back in English Estate history - at least our vision of it. We loved the Air Show but by the second day we debated staying at the mansion and indulging in the spa treatments, beautiful pool or the local Zoo. 10 out of 10 experience and look forward to coming back to Werribee Mansion for a non Air Show romantic weekend or week.
