Our stay was wonderful, the view of the ocean was fabulous. Our room was clean. The only negative we had was the lack of elevators. There was only two and they had 16 floors which created a long wait time...

Check-in was pretty smooth, though there was some confusion about the room and we were actually changed to a different room while outside walking to our room. The pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, which was disappointing. The rooms were decent and the price was fair. The breakfast was above average and the front desk staff was helpful at suggesting ways to spend the day. I would stay here again if in Melbourne.

An older hotel that had been refreshed and is in generally good condition. The staff are super friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant are lively and serve good food. Like many places in Florida it's tough to overcome the musty smell from all of the humidity. The crazy thing about this hotel is the tiny street you pass through to get to it. The street is often backed up and blocked because of the ChicFil-A fast food place drive thru lines. Really poor planning!
