“Family Luxury at Reasonable Prices!”

The staff was exceptional! So kind and friendly. The indoor heated pool was divine and my husband and I wished we had brought our children, they would have loved it! Location was convenient to much and the room was lovely. Thanks for a terrific stay!

“Most comfortable bed for a hotel”

We were very please with the stay at this hotel , Got a great sleep the bed was like home .The room was very spacey and up to date,and very clean . The only thing was that it is a big hotel and was alot of walking to the room from the elevated.Will definately use the hotel the next time we need to stay in Long Island

“My stay”

It was great. The bar needs a friendlier staff but everyone else was super. The bar warmed up after a time too!

“I shall return.....”

I had a double bed room. It was more than spacious and comfy. Room service was great and the hotel was quiet. I felt like I was home. I will definitely be back. Sukie

“Nice Place, bad dining experience”

Very clean and newly refurbished, the room was very nice. I had steak the first night and it was good but rather bland and not what I expected a $29 steak should taste like. The second night I ordered the Long Island Duck. The waitress complimented me and said it was an excellent choice. A full 10 minutes later she informed me they were all out of duck.

“Great hotel in the area”

No complaints about the room, excellent junior suite deal. However, pick a room that is closest to the elevators, it's quite a trip if you are at the end of the hall.

“Shop around before you book!”

It was a busy time...after Hurricane Sandy and the hotel was full. It was hard to get to the registration desk as they were very busy. The staff was apologetic though and it made a difference.

“Bad Experience”

stayed in room 414 on 12/16 12/17 12/18 1st night at 11:30pm I was awoken by someone with the same room key trying to get in my room. I called the front desk and they apologized saying someone forgot to put me in the computer and the had inadvertently assigned the room to another person. Next evening when I cam in I told the desk supervisor what happened and at she sent up grapes, crackers and cheese. Really not good enough for such a huge mistake.
