“Small but efficient room”

The hotel seemed to have been updated recently so the decor was very nice. The room was very small, but it was efficient. We stayed there for one night and would stay there again. It was clean, the staff was friendly (they said hello every time we went by the desk..coming and going) and the free breakfast was abundant. It is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. The only problem was the old "window unit" a/c which was located high up in the wall. I had to stand in the lounge chair to reach the controls. It was very loud. This was the only bad thing in our stay, but it wasn't so bad that I wouldn't go back.

Allowed me to check in early with no problem. Clean, quiet and in a good location. I paid a fair price for a great room. A really good deal.

This hotel was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was satisfying. Will definalty use this hotel again. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was well equipped and clean.

“Gets the job done”

Stayed here twice in June and August on opposite legs of a cross country journey. Stayed the second time because the first experience was positive. Choose the BW because of better reviews than other places in the area. This place was only slightly more expensive than others but well worth the cost. Everything is clean and comfortable and the breakfast is better than most. Very convenient to the interstate exit. A little hard to actually find because it is set back from the main drag at the end of a longish driveway which in turn is off of a short side street. This is actually an advantage in my mind because I think the car is less likely to get broken into than at a place where the parking lot is more exposed. (Dragging everything out of the van every night when on a cross country journey is a pain.).

This was a very nice Hotel, about 25 minutes from downtown Memphis, but right off the interstate, easy to get to and a lot of restaurants and shopping in this same location. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, had the option of wi-fi or DSL hook up in the room. Great breakfast offered in the morning. Will definitely stay here, again.

“Great hotel that met my needs nicely.”

We chose to stay at this hotel - even though it's about 20 minutes outside of downtown Memphis. Chose the location for price, realizing the amount of time we'd actually be in the hotel. The only complaint was that the hot breakfast was BAD. Cold offerings were fine - and fresh.

“Excellent Stay for the Price!!”

I had a business trip in Jackson, TN and Memphis, TN. I stayed at Best Western hotels at both locations. This is the cleanest and nicest Best Western I have ever stayed in. The staff at the front desk was cheerful and helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was plentiful with a lot of choices. I can't ask for a better stay.
