This property is dirty and in a very weird area. Not near the airport. The workers also will charge your card extra when you check out please check your transaction history when you leave here or only pay in cash.

The stay was fine. The water came out of the faucet and the shower brown for a short amount of time. it was very gross.

Quiet rest, clean room, good breakfast, grass area
Friendly staff, clean facility and room. Gracious breakfast buffet and an indoor heated pool. we enjoyed our stay. Soft bed/sheets/pillows. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Comfortable seating and ottoman, nice double door wardrobe, three drawer dresser, a desk and wheeled chair, plenty of lamps/lighting, a full length mirror and a flat screen tv all in our standard king room were all acceptable/nice. Nice big grassy area for the dogs to get some exercise around the back/side. (only a partial fence) Only downsides were that the hot tub wasn't working during our stay, the seating in the breakfast area needs to be replaced and some overall deterioration and updating needed to be done in some areas like bathroom doors discolored from rigorous cleaning and curtains with stains. Overall we were pleased with our stay. Loved the waffles, fresh fruit and yogurt! We will stay again.

Our vehicle was almost stolen back window broke into crack heads knocking on our window smoking drugs outside the window while my little boy was there, I immediately went to the front desk and complained cigarettes being smoked the room was nasty and not clean we tried to get a full refund to go some place else we were refused and had to stay and didn’t have a good thanksgiving. Horrible customer service I asked for the manager several days and were lied to. I would never stay here again

I will never stay there again. I felt very unsafe in that area. The lady that was helping in the kitchen for breakfast was very rude and gave me an attitude just because I refused help, and she thought I really needed help because I am blind. When she was guiding me to the elevator, her and another guy started giving me demands like I was nothing. I'm a normal human being. I deserve to be treted just like everyone else. I put in a complaint, and they supposedly talk to that lady about what she did. I don't think they did anything. They didn't seem to care. My room smelt absolutely disgusting. The trash can was disgusting and there were a few scrapes on the head board. I'm pretty sure if my room smelt they probably didn't even clean or wash my bedding. Once again, I will never stay there again with such ableists.

Don't stay, unsafe.
It is in a horrible part of town. Saw a policeman while getting dinner near by and he told me to take everything out of my car because theft is so high. Got back from getting the takeout dinner and a hooker and pimp where trying to find the clients room number. I locked myself in the room and left very early the next day.

Seemed like a property that had a bandaid put on it when it needed more of an overhaul. Mainly our room. Our room smelled musty and maybe once was a smoking room. The lobby and dining area were fine. Our room had coffee fixings, but no coffee pot. When we asked the front attendant if he could get us a coffee pot. He said he would try. We never heard from him. And he was not busy at the time.

The hotel was clean and had good customer service. Just the streets around the area are somewhat dark but maybe that’s how the neighborhood is.

A Pleasant Stay with Efficient Service
Good experience from beginning to end, although a bit pricey. The hotel's shuttle service promptly picked us up from the airport, even though it was late at night. Within just 10 minutes, we were on our way to the hotel, and the efficiency of the service was a welcome relief after a long journey. The check-in process was smooth, and despite the late hour, we were quickly provided with access to our room, ensuring a hassle-free arrival. Entering the room, I was pleased to find a spotlessly clean and fresh-smelling space. The level of cleanliness was commendable and instantly put me at ease. The mattress was comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The linens were fresh, stain-free with no signs of wear on the covers or sheets. Breakfast was free and delicious! Although I woke up close to the end of the breakfast hours, I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available: fluffy eggs, savory sausages, warm biscuits with jam, fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, and coffee. The food was of excellent quality, and the flavors left a lasting impression. The hotel staff displayed warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any requests, ensuring that I felt welcomed and well taken care of. While the service and amenities were good, I couldn't help but feel that the cost was not entirely justified. I would consider staying here again but would also explore more affordable options in the area.

The pool was nice(heated), and the breakfast was nice, but the owner has been cutting corners on maintenance. The hot tub was closed, the pool was collecting mold on the tile above the water line. The pool area had mold on the ceiling. They had a nice coffee machine, but didn't fill it with decaf. The room had a strong smell, probably disinfectant, but it may need carpet. Doesn't seem like they are putting money back into the property.

Disappointed in Memphis Lodging
The room was damp and stale. the mattress pad lumpy. Checked and found there were two mattress pads and under the mattress pads found the mattress looked as though someone had bled out on it and checked the other mattress and found a similar biohazard condition. Changed rooms to safer mattresses but floor was still such that kept shoes on. Ice machines only worked on first floor. When fresh towels were needed was told none available but come back later once laundry done - went back later and was told they we’re running out of towels. I reminded them of their earlier response. Two hand towels and two wash cloths along with a floor rug was then tossed my way and was told that’s all that was available. Breakfast was advertised to be 6-10 but sign at hotel changed the hours to be 6-9. At 8:30 everything was being cleaned up so the cafe area could be closed at 9. Was told they don’t offer hot tea because guests kept taking the tea bags but they had hot water we could use. This was not at all the expected environment from a Choice Hotel. Find different lodging!

Worst hotel ever
The hotel wasn’t clean. We found dirty socks and wrist band in the chair cushion and behind the chair. The comforter on one of the beds had a massive stain on it. The toilets wouldn’t flush properly so we had to use the restroom in the lobby several times. The hotel constantly smelled like weed from other guests smoking nonstop. The breakfast was subpar. The hot tub by the pool wasn’t functioning so it was closed. The phone to try and contact the lobby about towels or used toilet paper being in the bathroom wasn’t working. The pool would also close early because of guests not drying off properly before walking back inside.

Hotel was horrendous and in a terrible area. Trash in room, lights and electrical sockets did not work, drawer on dresser was open and there was a pill inside, stains on pillow cases and bedding, chair was shredded and falling apart, carpet was all snagged, only one trash can, one coffee packet was only decaf. I could go on and on and have photos to support this. I chatted with an Expedia person, even sent her pictures, and she was not helpful and actually caused more harm than good. I would welcome a call from Expedia to discuss this negative experience. Thank you.
