Comfort Inn

Upon entering the hotel a stale smokey smell hit my nose and the front desk clerk didn't have great customer service, so that gave me a bad impression on the hotel, however the one bed room king we reserved was nice and welcoming the only not so good things were the tub floor was dirty and rusted,the toilet top inside rim was dirty and our key card to unlock the door wasn't accessing the door opener as it should. We didn't plan on or have time to use the pool but had a view from our window and it was dirty had things floating around in it, other than that it was a quiet safe location about 20 minutes from downtown Memphis, and yes I would consider staying again for the rate.

Stay was great. When we called Hotels.com our customer service rep was OUTSTANDING! I advised her my wife and son were traveling alone and we needed a SAFE, motel with easy on/off access to the highway, Memphis TN area. She was unbelieveable as she was familar with the area, directed them to a excellent Comfort Inn, quick access to hightway, excellent facility. We will now rely on Hotels.com.

Our stay was very nice. The hotel was very quiet and the breakfast was first-rate. The hotel was uncrowded and in a quiet, peaceful location. The only thing that might be improved is the directions to the hotel. I had to call to get the specific location. The map provided on the internet was no help at all. Overall, an excellent stay. Thank you.

We made a last minute reservation as we were traveling. The hotel had my keys waiting and my room was ready upon arrival (within two hours of booking online). Our room was comfortable. The location was next to the interstate, but was actually more quiet than I expected. The breakfast offerings were more than I expected with waffles, hot and cold items, fresh fruit and multiple juices.
