Mold EverywherePosted Jul 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
Mold all over the restroom. Huge crack down the middle of the shower. Bathroom door trapped people inside. Stay somewhere else.

Not bad but needs some attention; good ratesPosted May 30, 2013 on Hotels.com
Late arrival, it was dark, well lit parking lot but parking seemed limited. Check in easy - hotels.com. Hallways & hotel in general were humid, dark, damp, & dreary. We had a jacuzzi room & the jacuzzi was enclosed in the bathroom; i prefer the jacuzzi be in the open. The air didn't work well and it was slightly warm in the room but when we realized the air wasn't working well it was after midnight; we didn't want the hassle of having a maintenance person with us that time of the night when we were just having a spur of the moment run away for the night kind of trip and didn't want to share space. It wasn't just outright HOT but it was definitely not as cool as i keep my house. The toilet didn't flush right. the bathroom door was very hard to open/close as well. No screen in our 3rd floor window. This would have been more of a concern if i'd had children w/ me as the window was very easy to open & low enough for a small child to get out of w/ no problem. The bed was comfortable. The dark part of the curtains don't close over the whole window so it is impossible to block all the light out from the parking lot so i had to overlap them and use the ironing board to them to keep them in place. Check out was great. We were running a little late and I called and ask if we could pay to check out late but they allowed us to check out late with no fee and it was no problem. Overall not bad but not the hilton. Good value for the money for a jacuzzi room.

Needs some maintenancePosted May 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
Room 309 Needs more lighting. Bathoorm door hard to close, bathroom floor and elevaror floor was sticky. Light on right side of bed the on off switch did not work. toilet is so low - like a kids toilet. AC/Heat blows curtain open so the light shines in the window at night. Bedspread had holes burn in it and it slid off the bed at night and was so heavy it took two people to pull it back on the bed. The coffee make needed to be descaled - it took over 10 minutes for one cup of hot water. The wall by the kitchen trash can needs to be washed. Breakfast (not even coffee) was not ready until after 620. Shower wat was set hot enough to burn you. The tub drain needs to be cleaned out the water drained so slow that you are ankle deep in water.

Dirty room, bad areaPosted May 14, 2013
The hotel room was dirty, looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a month, trash on the floor when we arrived. There were men loitering at the side entrance, asking you to let them in; we were afraid to go out of the hotel after dark. The breakfast was good, but overall I would not recommend this hotel at all.
