First let me say the manger was very apologetic and informed me after my stay that their in the middle of renovating . So after booking online through Expedia, I felt as if nothing lined up with the pictures at all , the pool was filthy for days, breakfast looked as though they recooked it on dirty grills or something, holes in the carpet , carpet sticky enough to make sound when walking, curtains dirty , dead bugs and living bugs in windowsill, toilet sticky, tub nasty with rust stains , molded walls as well as rusted poles all up and threw the pool area, and the killing part for me was waking up to the roaches having a field day in the bed sheets at night fr , then after complaining to the front desk at like 2am , I was told straight to my face “WE DONT HAVE ROACHES” as if I brought a bag of them with me , I can go on and on about the shady area and the guy that watches the pool area from the parking lot when cameras are literally in the pool area ,but I’ll end this by saying the prices aren’t discounted , it’s actually what the room are worth lol , and after all the disappointment during my fiancé’s birthday weekend , I was rewarded some points for another booking , and a five day wait added to a 3 day wait for a $50 incidental fee that was told to be refunded at the end of my stay as long as we didn’t smoke in a room that already smelt like a box of cigarettes.
