Nice renovated hotel

Pros: I thought the staff was very nice and I appreciated the renovations. It was clean.....I don't like old, dirty and un-kept hotels.
Location: I didn't see many restaurants around but it was close to my family.
I stayed during Valentine's Day weekend and knew the hotel would be full. Although, they were full to capacity I was pleased with my overall stay. The staff was accommodating, especially Angela who worked at the front desk! I would stay there again.

Pros: The Staff was friendly
Location: We were in Memphis for a College Soccer Tournament. We did not have much time to sight see.
Overall we had a good experience. It was a typical Marriott Courtyard hotel.

We were in town for a family funeral and most of the family stayed at Courtyard. The accommodations were great and the hotel staff was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again.

Not impressed, poor room selection.

Twice I have stayed at this hotel. Both times I was booked into room 105, a handicap accessible room. I am not handicapped, nor my wife. The first time, our entire bathroom floor flooded. We tried to change rooms but were told none were available. This time we asked for another room at check-in and were told there were none available. The parking lot was EMPTY. We ended up building a wall around the shower with extra towels. It helped, but the floor still got wet. I won't be back.

The Staff was Awesome and hotel itself is very well maintained. Our room on the first floor was very clean and quiet. We did not experience the hallway noise one typically gets with a first floor room. The Bistro Chef was one of the best. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean. Service was good. Stayed here on the way to my destination and stayed here on the way back home.

Convenient to all Memphis had to offer

We made this hotel our Memphis homebase on our roadtrip through TN. It was a lovely hotel, had a nice fitness room and great pool area. The staff was friendly and informative-especially Alex. The cimplimentary breakfast was a nice touch. This hotel was located in a nice area and not far from downtown or Graceland...would definitely stay here again on any return trip to western TN
